30$/month is 360$/year for cheap minecraft toys, hell no.
Especially considering I'm in Canada with the dollar it would cost me like 40$/month or 500$/year. I'll pass.

So another loot crate knock off with more low quality crud? Count me out.

Maybe one of them has a simpler function like instead of typing "/scoreboard players set @a[score_player_min=1] player 0", you could type "set all players player score to 0 If they have a player score of 1. Else, do not set to 0."
Simpler is pretty subjective in that sense, syntax is setup in those ways for a reason.

Teckle is now available for 1.12 this includes numerous bug fixes as well as the sorting machine, as usual downloads are on github.

Your ship is too dense and is going underwater. Adjust the density configs, you also have a hole somewhere in your basement, make sure there's no holes anywhere, even on the roof of the basement.

nah.

Adjust the blacklist/whitelist for grass and dirt, fluids can not be put on a ship as it would cause issues with flowing water during assembly/disassembly.

Buildcraft is in 1.12, that's the version I currently target. As I said as far as backporting goes, 1.7 is 5 years old. I will not be developing for such an old version.
I want to make this 100% clear, I do not support 1.7, and do not recommend using it.

I avoid backporting it's much more difficult to memorize the practices of one version than multiple, the only major backport I ever did was putting submarines onto 1.7.10.

1.7 is nearly 5 years old, I no longer develop for it.

It uses the Java 8 streams api, as well as lambdas. J8 is required.

Good news! I've just gone ahead and implemented VBOs for ships! This was one of the features introduced in 1.8 to speed up rendering, so many of you should see benefits on the 1.12 version when it's released.

Work on 1.12 has already started and is nearly done. I'm waiting for Forge to stabilize then I'm going to work on bugfixing and optimizations before a 1.12 release. I don't plan on going back to 1.10 at this point.

Hi everyone, I hope to have DV updated for 1.12, sorry for the inactivity as of late. I've been somewhat burnt out on developing DV and have spent a lot of time working on another mod. If you're interested in a tech mod when give it a shot and share your thoughts http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/wip-mods/2816489-teckle-a-revival-of-classic-mod-features
I do plan on having a version for DV on 1.12, you can expect work on that to begin once Forge's recipe system is more stable.
