1) Do not hit any guards or prisoners -
If a guard sees you, he/she will kill you.
2) Do not display any contraband items -
A guard will count down from 5 for you to hand it over.
If you don't listen, you will be jailed for 5 minutes,
each repeat offense adds 5 minutes.
3) Do not abuse pvp -
If a guard hits you and you run to a non-pvp zone,
he will count down from 5 for you to come out.
If not listened, jailed for 10 minutes
4) Don't Pvp Spawn Camp -
Do not camp at the edge of pvp Zones or Borders and try to hit anyone
If not followed, jailed for 3 minutes, repeat offense adds 3 minutes.
5) Do not annoy the guards -
Ex. Keep hitting them and running away, holds out wooden swords all the time, etc.
Guards will decide your jail time. Maximum is 15 minutes.
6) Do not escape the prison or exploit to a new block -
Report to a guard if you stuck outside
If not followed, jailed for 30 minutes, repeat offense is to be banned.
7) Do not grief mines or farms -
Do not use lava buckets, or place any other other blocks in the farms
If not followed, jailed for 15 minutes, repeat offense is to be temp banned,
another offense is to ban.
Guard Guidelines and Application Form
1) You may not run into a non-PvP zone during or immediately
before a fight breaks out. If a fight breaks out between
two people and they are both hitting each other then kill
them both. If only one is hitting you may kill the attacker only.
2) You MUST confiscate contraband materials if you see it, but you
may not confiscate non-contraband under any circumstances. To
confiscate you must first ask the person for their contraband
and then countdown from 5 to 0. If they do not give it, kill them.
If they run into a safezone, jail them.
3) Vendetta killings against other prisoners or guards is strictly
forbidden. Stay in the guard faction.
4) Giving out guard armor, weapons, or other equipment is strictly
forbidden and will result in a demotion to C-Block.
5) If you die in a mass guard fight, you may intervene to help if the
fight is still going on, but if the fight is over, you may not pursue the
belligerent party at all.
6) Do not abuse /jail, /mute, or your killing powers, or it will count
as a strike against you for each instance in which this happens.
Muting people for minor instances of foul language is not a good
idea either - don't do it. If you read this, put “horses” at the end of
your application, under the question pertaining to rules.
7) Be a friendly face, and be ready to provide escorts on request
if you are not busy. Try and reimburse lost items if you accidentally
kill the wrong person.

Prison Rules
1) No PvP abuse in the form of camping or running in and out of
protected zones.
2) No PvP combat in the prison pvp areas. If a guard sees,

(even if that other jerk started it, if you fight back, you're a target).
My apologies if the server is down for a while. Servercrafters seems to have messed up, and there's not much we can do about it. If worse comes to worse, we'll switch to an Amazon server. There is no guarantee about data. We will work on rebuilding the server if it goes down and we lose data, we've got plenty of time in the upcoming summer.

Why do you want to be a guard? I want to be a guard because I believe that I would be very useful to the server. I am a night-time player and I play MineCraft a lot, so I will be able to guard the prison while other guards are offline.

Why I want to become a guard: I wanna become a guard because I notice the server has many people that have become OP so I would like to keep things more under control.

What is IronCross?
Hey there! This is IronCross Factions. We are an economy-based factions, pvp and survival server. We, the owners, have plenty of experience with running good servers.
Factions? What's that?
Well, I'm glad you asked! Factions is a plugin that allows you to band you and your friends together to make a group called a faction. This faction can claim land so that other people can't take your stuff. It'll protect your blocks and useable items (furnaces, enchanting tables). You can claim more chunks of land with more people in your faction, so make sure your friends join in! Use the command /f in chat for some help.

How long have you been playing Minecraft? I've been playing Minecraft since the mid stages of Alpha, though on my younger brother's account, not mine, I'd say I played it very little at this point? By Beta 1.8.1 though I joined a MC clan called Semper Novum, rivals of ONA and KotC (not to be confused with the KotC in this server, these guys were huge) and we played mainly on an Anarchy Server called Lavish Brutality
Why do you want to be a Moderator?
Too often I see spamming, racism, whenever other Moderators of admins are offline and it annoys me that I can't do anything about it, it's not a Mature Server, it is meant for all ages, so I'd like to be able to keep the chat running on that same theme.

Not sure if this counts as Moderator, but on Cynian's Drop The Soap Prison Server I was an Elite Guard, my duties were to prevent PVP where not allowed, confiscate illegal items when I see them, moderate chat and jail rule breakers, I was also the Admin of my own Prison Server (Hell's Prison) which didn't really go very far, since then I've been a Noble (similar to Mod, just a step down) on WTOx_C_Uinheil's server Which went down in 1.2.3 I was also the Admin on 2 MC Servers at once, I left for personal reasons however

Sorry about the instability. DwdNPC had a development build out... Turned out it wasn't as stable as expected. This issue should be fixed as soon as a stable build is released, as well as wardens and donors getting their NPCs in spawn.
