Thanks! I had fun building that, although it took an enormous amount of iron to complete but my favorite part about it is the fact that while it sorts items it flickers above the item that's currently being sorted. So when you dump all your items into it, it basically creates a lightshow lol.
Tell me a bit about you and your minecraft experience and history: Well, I do have somewhat of a history with the game we could say, since I originally began playing at the time the rudimentary browser version spread across the web. Some time later when the first alpha versions came I out with the survival focus, I got the game gifted to me by a friend and I've been playing on and off ever since. Until around 2014(-ish?) I played basically non-stop, everyday but around the time the 'Combat' update rolled out (or maybe just before it, not quite sure) I kind of stopped playing for a couple of years. After that I occasionally started a new save, trying to get back into the game but I didn't really have any huge ambitions and besides, playing alone just wasn't fun enough for me in the long term.
So that's why I'm looking for a mostly vanilla server with the community on the smaller side, that's more tight-knit and friendly than say, a hugely overpopulated server with hundreds of different worlds. Oh and if you're wondering why I'm applying with a brand new account, that is because I lost my original account since I never migrated it over to Mojang (so I had to buy a new copy, whoops.. ).
Ah and before I forget, something about myself as well: I'm now a student at a university and I enjoy editing, creating and programming whatever I can think of. Also I like to think of myself as a creative type and I do have some interesting ideas for different projects to build.. we'll see if I get to accomplish them!

Your builds: Honestly nothing fancy really, since most of my bigger builds were back in the early days of the game of which the screenshots are now long lost to the void sadly, but here's something on a smaller scale from a friend made LAN server I last played on:
