I would like a job on this server as I am a loyal and trustworthy player. I play minecraft everyday and can help improve and look after the server. Me as a player I find it hard to play servers instead of helping the owners out. I enjoy working with staff on servers to help make a players time more enjoyable.

Yes, I have. I have worked and helped many different servers over the past year (2015) and I have worked on servers which are some of the most known today and I can help this server do the same as I have many different Ideas and I also have some contacts which would help us in the making of the server.

do you want to be a staff member for GRX3: I want to become a member of
staff at GRX3 cause its got a very good history. Plus everyone will be
working hard. I want to try to bring back the community this server had.

Any experience being staff: Ive been staff on
plenty of different servers. Ive been Mod on about 7 servers but sadley
they didnt get big, Ive been Admin on about 5 servers but still same as
the Mod problem they didnt get big, and ive been Head Admin and CO-
Owner on 1. But as you know it didnt get big. So ye i have good
knowladge about being a staff member.

Why pick grx3 over
other servers: I picked GRX3 cause its got a very good History. Plus i
want to rebuild this server with my staff members and put this server
back to #1. Because i think this server has good potential(srry if i
spellt that wrong xD), and all of the staff will work as hard as they

Why do you want to be a staff member for GRX3: when it comes to servers i like to put all my effort into a server as i have a lot to offer. My experience with hosting and managing a server is fairly good. Working with players on networks and single servers is always my strong point. I have worked with many server owners to make a community / network thrive. i have been looking for networks i can help grow and thrive. I hope to finally settle into a server that has a great community. Not just a great staff team but through the hole network. I think i can find this at GRX3. Reading this post that has been provided with this application i can assure myself that this will be the right place for me. I interact with players in game but also over TeamSpeak. Most networks like to have their staff team professional. When it comes to working with a network i am professional, I take matters into my own hands. Being with a network that is professional i can work with. I can find that here at GRX3.
Any experience being staff: Thriving, growing, expanding and creating servers has always been my priority even if i'm a helper i have always taken that as my number one priority. I have had many times where i have had chances to create a big enough community to get noticed by other servers and to compete. While doing this on my own it was sadly impossible. I work best beside a team, a professional staff team. I have created my own network with three other individuals but sadly that network had to close due to unreliable hosting company. I have some strong points that i have already mentioned in this application but another one is plugins. I have always taken priority in working, configuring plugins. I have only recently got into working with plugins ( two and a half years ago ). I never really focused as much on being professional and efficient as possible on a server as i was at a young age of thirteen. When i came confident with plugins and hosting servers i began to apply for higher staff ranks. I applied for Moderator+ and as time went on i applied for Administrator. From their my experience took off and i was able to host and config plugins and working with hosting company's. Over the past year i have hosted two networks overall. I have had experience with buycraft and also websites. I have used engine web hosting company. I have used websites to answer reports on players, bugs, fixes and also up coming updates to a server. I was currently staff on a high up network called PVPING-MC wasn't global staff but i was a helper. I spent 3 and a half weeks as a helper and sadly had to leave as it took up my time in school and i was lacking in tests.
Tell us a bit about yourself: I am 15 years old as you already know, I am currently working with html code and soon going to be working with java further up my year. I spend my time playing minecraft on a servers that have the game mode called factions. I enjoy playing fps games like COD, Arma and DayZ that is my entertainment. I have always wanted to be apart of a gaming community as a young person but as i got older i have wanted to join community that are involved with minecraft. Community's that spend their spare times being professional on servers and also doing their job as a staff member. I enjoy working with plugins and configuring them. Being able to do this with other people really makes my day as i am a very sociable person.
Why pick grx3 over other servers: Looking at this post shows me that this server has everything that i would like to be apart of and put my time into. Also the community that you guys have had in the past shows that this server can create a healthy, thriving, chill and good community over all. This server seems fun and enjoyable!.

Why do you want to be a staff member for GRX3: I have a lot to offer when it comes to contributing to a team and even better a community. I thrive in team environments, I love interacting and communicating openly with teammates, to solve problems or tackle issues together. With this in mind I can bring a team closer together, as well as the community.Interacting and helping the community is equally as important as protecting it. Getting to know the community around you isn't only good for communication and the server, but also greatly helps when it comes to performing well, professionally. Any experience being staff: I have had a lot of experience with not only moderating, administrating and building for servers but alsoowning one. A while back, maybe 4-5 years ago for about a year I made the moderator rank on several servers (not at the same time of course) but they were all small servers that were quick to disappear. I never went beyond the moderator rank those first couple of years because I was still relatively new to Minecraft, and was only around 11-12 at the time, and wasn't fully mature and understanding of a community environment. Through the first couple of years I've been playing on servers I've also often been a builder for servers, I can build - but unfortunately, there's a reason I'm not applying for builder, lol! About 2-3 years
ago I started to further understand what it took to be a good staff member, and in turn have been awarded the administrator rank on maybe two or three servers. Very recently, maybe a couple of months ago I decided to bulk down and tell myself I would create my own server. I did run, code and own a bukkit server successfully for a few months, but had to shut it down because I got swamped with school work and other life events, as well as me having a difficult time advertising and drawing traffic to my server. Me owning a bukkit server expanded my horizons, I understand lots of plugins and how they work, from both a owner and administrative standpoint. This means not only can I help with assisting the community and the live server, but also I can help if I'm needed behind the scenes as well. I've been around the block! I've seen a lot, and I think I can safely say that I now have full understanding of what it takes to be a good staff member.
Tell us a bit about yourself: First things first, more than anything I would say I love being apart of a large community. Being apart of a group that just gets along, enjoys each other and can interact with one another safely and openly is so important to me. One huge factor is that I am actually schooling through independent study. This means I only go to school twice a week, for one to two hours each. This also means, lots and lots of time to dedicate to the server and be veryactive! To be honest, I love making friends. I don't see it as a weakness nor strength, but rather as a trait. Meeting new people is just so fun, getting to know somebody and watching them turn from a stranger to a good friend. I'm very social, so if I'm hired expect me to be talking and communicating with staff and the community a lot!

Why do you want to be a staff member for GRX3?: I would like to be a staff member on your server because your forum thread looks very mature and I would like to help you with your server. I love to help new servers because it feels great to be helping somebody, however I don't help owners who are too immature to run a server. It also helps that you seem to know what you're doing as owner. I have experience with moderator and admin positions, but I'm not a developer. I can't manage server files or configure plugins, so I would like to work for an owner that at least has basic knowledge of how to do that. I am an expert with WorldGuard/WorldEdit. You should accept me because I am mature, fair, and trustworthy. I'm mature for a 14-year-old. Although I love to have fun and I'm not uptight or overly strict, I am usually responsible enough to manage a server. Additionally, I use correct grammar when I'm talking on servers, especially towards players that I'm warning or punishing. I am also a fair person. I don't ban somebody without evidence, and I don't let somebody off the hook when they were clearly breaking a rule. I punish according to the severity of the offense. For example, if somebody spams once, I simply give them a warning, but if somebody spams five times, they will probably end up with a permanent mute. Finally, I'm trustworthy enough to manage the server when no other staff members are online.
Any experience being staff: For around a year and a half, I owned and hosted a 50 slot server with about 10 players online at any given time. It was mainly a factions and PvP server and had roughly 25 plug-ins. Because of this, I have a basic knowledge of many common plugins. Although I do not have a large basis of server developing knowledge, I am always willing and excited to learn more about plug-ins and Minecraft developing. My server is no longer up because my old PC broke, and my new laptop does not have very much RAM to run a very successful server. That is part of the reason I came to your server. My PC broke 2 weeks ago and I have been looking around for a server like yours to become part of a new community. I love the Minecraft community (in general) and there has been so many people who given so much to me, and I am always looking to give back. Sorry, I’m getting off topic. Besides my server, I am staff on a few of my friends servers. I also had an admin position on MineRail Network, a 250 slot public server hosted by MCProHosting in the US. It was successful and had a lot of players per day. This server was a good experience for me because it was a large server and I learned a lot about dealing with hackers, cheaters, and learned to associate with everyone.
Tell us a bit about yourself: I am 14 years of age and live in New Zealand. I am an expert with WorldGuard and WorldEdit, which I find is a very important aspect to have to run a successful server.

The Current Grx3- Grx3 is under New Ownership by SenpaiiCreeps and amfred01 (yours truly) and we would like to share both the current status of Grx3 and the it's past. The current Grx3 has four branches which are Kit, Hood, Xmc and Create and these branches may be expanded in the future. We also plan to bring back the good community Grx3 once had.
The Past of Grx3- Grx3 started up sometime in 2012 and was owned by infinitylimit (until October of 2015) and was the top Svanilla server (we has 120 active members and probably a good 5000-10000 players who played overall) up until mid-summer of 2014 when the bukkit crisis hit many small servers and forced them to shut down, Grx3 didn't die and
was temporarily turned into a Vanilla server. It later came back in late 2014 and quickly grew to become #5 on the Svanilla list, around September in 2015 we turned into a different server know as "Grx3 V3" in preparation for 1.9, however V3 only lasted a few weeks because the infinitylimit (the Owner at that time) suddenly dropped the server abandoning it. TheBurningBacca later rehomed Xmc and it was somewhat popular, but sadly our player base slowly went away and it became very empty here, Bacca then decided to drop the server and turned it over to SenpaiiCreeps (otherwise known as Creeps) who brought back most of the network we once had.
