Taking to some survival skills he had learned from his father. But he tried to stray from joining a gang as much as possible. Admittedly for Neekara this was hard. But as Neekara grew into adulthood. He tried to leave skyrim to visit the great Imperial City at the age 35. But he got caught trying to cross the border as a gang of Thieves tried to cross and pulled Neekara into their group for cover. He was mistakenly tooken for a theif. Although he did manage to escape from this predicament. Once he was free however he underwent rigorous training at the College of Winter hold to learn various magic techniques. As well as multiple training sessions with the companions in Whiterun. But Neekara didn't train for long. Even though his training was hard. He only got to at least apprentice level in all three skills. After all this training, Neekara left Skyrim to travel to the Imperial City. Seeking adventure elsewhere. After spending 3 years in the imperial lands. He travelled back to Black Marsh, his homeland, He stayed for 5 years. After he left the Black marsh and returned to the Imperial City. He stayed there for 2 years. Untill a fortunate (For him anyway) turn of events lead him to have gathered information from a guard there in the city that there was an adventure party being formed to travel to a mysterious land called Akavir that was just waiting to be explored. Neekara couldn't resist the urge and call of adventure. After 6 long and tedious months on a boat journey to Akavir (Involving multiple shark attacks and sea sickness moments).
