UPDATE: Forgot to mention. To install I just copied OptiFine_1.6.4_HD_U_C8.jar into my mod folder.
I also executed the java file on it and got it installed for the Optifine profile (not useful 'cause that profile has none of my mods), on that profile it seems to run nice.

Have a big issue.
Optifine was working ok and upon reinstall it suddenly stopped being able to run...
I have several mods which runned just fine (MCForge 953 on MC 1.6.4).
Here's the error message I get upon launching Minecraft:
