this is incredibly vague. What does this biome look like? how rare is it? what does the boss look like? how much health does it have? how much damage does it do? "Drops new gear" What new gear? what does it do? what is it used for?

minecraft forge version 9.11.1.953 will not launch, I had tried running an earlier version for around 50+ mods which should all be compatible and it says to update to this version. when I click launch the little load bar fills up and..... nothing. nothing happens it just closes out. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

but wont you have needed to already have killed the dragon to get the elytra? so this is just for end game dragon farming
