I've played on many servers such as this one and have done my best to get on every day and show my commitment and love to each of the servers. Please note, this guide won't help with server-side lag or your internet connection. Server side lag will not be the cause of any long-term lag problems you have, it will either be fps lag or a bad internet connection.
Pretty much as the title says, I've been searching for ages for a Factions based PvP server which isn't ruined (imo) by rediculously OP donator kits, vote rewards or starter kits. Finsing a decent server without McMMo seems impossible.
I'm extremely sorry to hear that, no one should be excluded for a statement of disagreement; least of all you. I'm sorry about the way I was before, I have a tremendous amount of respect for you. Thank you for all the help you've given me and the example you've set for all of us.

Hello everyone, I've never really liked Tekkit but I played for a while because I used to play a different server with the owner and a few of the staff and current players.
I was warmly welcomed into the community and I've already 'moved into' First Camp village with Dzelda and a few of the other players on the server. They're helping to teach me Tekkit and I'm really enjoying playing here. Irl, I live in the UK which is quite far from the Dallas hosted server but I've yet to notice any major lag. I'm looking forward to getting my elaborate house built, but it could be a while because I'm a slave to my school work, see you all online soon.
@red: Wise choice disabling all those pretty explosions, some players can't be trusted to not get an undisclosed amount of explosive and 'landscape' an area.
I'm sad to say nothing has really changed. We are slowly gaining back our old staff, and the chunk loading problem has been fixed. I miss having you on this server. It would be great for you to come back, as you are one of my favorite members and best friends

I've been playing this server for a long time now and I can honestly say it's the best Tekkit server I've ever been on. The community is great, the staff mature and helpful. I really do reccomend playing here, when I started I knew nothing about Tekkit but everyone was really helpful and taught me loads! Come and try it out.
I'm still around too. I haven't played for weeks, because I'm trying to concentrate more on my band and family. I'm sorry to see Nicole, Jaz, and Scip go. I'll try and play every once and a while if I get a chance. I met a lot of cool people on this server in my 2 months playing like crazy.

Even if the server isn't a PvP server, there should still be rules in the PvP area. The whole thing is frustrating because you can be having an epic fight arranged in a PM when some ass decides to come and kill the survivor or interfere, you may say "Well, it IS PvP..." but it's not in the 'spirit' of the server. The PvP area is for fun and it can't be fun for many people when there are others intent on ruining it.
I understand that the rules would be hard to introduce, but at least some rules would stop the whole "There are no rules..." rubbish. Exessive PvP killing on one player and frequent malicious behavior (in The End) on a server like this is outright grief in my opinion, and at least some steps should be taken to improve the chaos surrounding it; especially those who ask players to tpa to them, just to kill them when they arrive unknowingly in The End.
I only suggest this because it seems that The End is an annoying spot on what's otherwise a very nice server.
