support, but you should be able to apply two dyes to eggs, one for the main color, and one for spots (no spawn eggs though), and make the eggs placeable.
Yeah, that sounds good. I'm not trying to be too specific because it's the concept that counts. Thank you though, good idea!
I support fully. I feel that maybe when you threw a colored egg it would splatter colored yolk to be used as a sort of paint maybe. Also, if that was implemented if you wanted to get rid of the paint you could use water. And lastly, if you filled the cauldron with water and used a dye on the water it turned to colored water which henceforth could be used to color eggs.
Nice ideas! New paint and dye options would be awesome!
Thanks!
1/2. i dont think this guy knows what wither means. It means when a plant dies, however these Wither forests are alive other wise they wouldn't be still standing. 3. If the wood is burned, how come it STILL has leaves? 4. Also why would trees be in a hellish dimension? 5. I made a suggestion about it being more reasonable that huge mushrooms, should grow on the Nether.
1. Addressing me as "this guy" does not fit proper context. As it is clear that I read the comments on this thread, the correct way to address me is by my my username, or words like "you".
2. Dead trees don't wilt. . . and dead bushes don't wilt either. . . they stay standing, stiff, erect, and rather dead. However, flowers wilt, but I don't recall mentioning flowers. Also, zombies are dead, and they are standing. Think of this as an, undead forest.
3. The leaves are there because you need to collect the undead sapling things so that it is a renewable resource.
4. Hells have dead things. I think that dead trees fit the bill.
5. Giant mushrooms would be awesome in the Nether, but maybe for a separate sub-biome or something. They don't fit the theme for this one.
How about this though? Does the idea of a kind-of wither-mushroom sound good to you. They could be naturally occurring or something.
Support overall, in light of the 1.7 update I think the Nether needs more biomes too
Just a bit of food for thought: If exclusive blocks show up in this biome, why not an exclusive mob, like my wither spiders for example? I get the sense that they'd feel right at home in a place like this.
Awesome idea. The game needs more arthropods anyway, so why not have an undead wither arthropod, right?
Yeah, biomes for the Nether sound amazing for 1.7 huh? They'd fit just right.
YAY!!! If you've been following the features for 1.7, then you may notice that a bunch of this stuff (or something similar to it) is being added to 1.7! It may be because I sent this thread to Dinnerbone and Jeb on Twitter, so this is either a coincidence, or they saw it! (Also, there is a variation of the Mesa biome, called the Bryce Mesa. My name is Bryce, so that is pretty awesome! This could also be just a coincidence. I'll ask to make sure! )
I give support. I don't see why its bad to have a sort of wood into the nether. It will give a niceness to the Nether, because it needs something desperately added to it.
Thank you. It might even go well with this biome update.
I kind of had this idea that the ctrl key could be used in addition to right-clicking to place sideways block. It would be great for aesthetics, but I suppose a different key could be used.
The Disco Mountains seemed really out of place at first, but now I think it's starting to grow on me.
Also, birds would be awesome. (Non-chicken birds that is.) They'd be atmospheric mobs like bats. They could chirp in the morning and everything.
Looks good, I mean they are adding more and more commands with each update. This would make adventure maps more fun. A little complicated for the average player though. Support.
P.S. For some reason I couldn't open the spoilers :c
Thanks!

This idea is amazing. Support!
P.S. Wither Skeletons with Flame bows sounds fun. They should be rare though.
