The mod is a horse mod catered to equestrians, and will add many realistic and cosmetic features (related to horses) to the game. If you have any modding experience, or know Java, then you would be very helpful! If you are an artist, and could help create items/decoration blocks on block-bench then that’s great too! If you decide to help, there won’t be payment unfortunately, we’re looking for someone who’s willing to cheer up the horse loving, Minecraft playing community for free 😊 Just so you know, you will receive early access to the mod, will be allowed to implement one or two features of your choice, and will receive full credit on curseforge I feel you decide to help. Hello, I have a mod request that revolves around horses! Me and many other horse lovers have been waiting for a mod like this for a while, and it would be absolutely amazing if it could be executed. The mod would add cosmetic items, and a couple of wearable pieces that are meant for horses.The items I would love to have are a Hoof pick, Curry comb, Body brush, Mane comb, An old wash cloth, Horse friendly soap, and Fly repellent. As far as the wearable pieces, I was thinking it would be so nice to have dyable leads that would match the tack from the mod called “Horse Tack” (They’d functions as normal leads, but just have more colors). Then, I would love to have Blankets and Sweatsheets, as well as a fly mask for the horse to wear. The wearable pieces would be made to fit the model of older Minecraft horses, to keep it compatible with the “Realistic horse genetics mod”. This wouldn’t be a problem for newer versions, as there’s already a mod that brings back the old model of Minecraft horses. Other ideas I have to add a nice touch would be when right clicking with the Hoof pick, Body brush, and Mane comb on a horse, it would give off the dust particle effect. Then for the old wash cloth, and Horse friendly soap, it would give off the bubble particle effect when right clicked on the horse. Finally, for the Fly repellent, it would give off either the rain particle effect, or poison particle effect when right clicked on the horse. Low priority things that could be cool to have, are a feed, and tack box that would function like chests, but would just look look different according to what would go into it. For the feel of the mod, I don’t want it to be hyper-realistic, but I don’t want it to be super cartoony and without much detail either. I want it to fit in with vanilla, and other mods such as “Horse tack”, “ Astikorcarts”, “Realistic horse genetics”, and “A fistful of hay”. It would be nice if it were available for 1.12.2+, so that fellow horse lovers I know could use it, but I’ll be happy as long as there’s a 1.14.4 and 1.15.2 version. This mod would have to be uploaded onto curseforge, otherwise I will not download it, or recommend others download it for safety reasons.
