WHY CHOOSE YOU: I believe that I am experienced enough to be able to handle the responsibility of managing others and giving out task if needed. I would also like to state that I personally dislike giving others loads of tasks and responsibility to do them. I wish to help them with their task and my own as well as carry the responsibility of doing the task with them. I like to inform everyone that I'm nice and easy to talk to if needed too. Which leads me to the fact that I will be on most of the time to help whenever needed as I have such free time most of my days. Though being an leader or an example can be hard so I also like to rely on others for help if I need it. I'm not afraid to ask nor help others when asked.
Anytime I am not available I like to remind whoever is needed of help that there are others like other mods, or admins even helpers that will help as best of their ability. I wish to believe that all staff are willing to help each other and players as well in any situation. I also know all of the basic Moderator Commands, "Kick, Mute, Ban and other commands basic commands from an variety of plugins.
PAST EXPERIENCE (IF ANY): I have multiply experiences of being different roles, Mods,Helper, Admins, Manager of several roles. I mostly have experience of being an Head Moderator just as much as an mod. I know how to handle several situations regarding basic rules, I can also grow accustom to unique rules or plugins in a short time. Sadly most servers I've been an staff member always strive well but go down because of budget issues. Others I quit because staff or an Owner treated everyone horribly. I have also even ran my own server for some fun with friends but it has taught me how to handle people I just met and how to judge them correctly in a Friendly manner.
