After 3 days straight of fighting practice Matt was exhausted. He went inside for bed when the moon turned red.
"Whats happening!?" He screamed to the wolf king. "Its a skeleton seige." He said pointing on the horizen. Sure enough, there were skeleton troops. Apparently the other had noticed because they were on the wall, bows ready.
"Go join the archers, ill prepare the wolves." Matt got on the wall arrow at the ready.
After 2 minutes the skeletons were in 50 feet. Several archers shot so Matt decided he should. Matt pulled back and shot. He hit a front line skeleton square in the face destroying it. The man next to him shot at extreme speed and blasted a hole straight through 2 skeletons. Matt heard a distant barking and looked behind. He saw the wolves. There must have been over 30! Just then Matt heard a woosh and realized a skeleton shot at him but the lady next to him caught the arrow. The skeletons stopped allowing the archers to take aim when the leader barked "Attack!" At that exact moment the man 3 away from him shot an arrow at the leaders face. He held his hand out and immoblized the arrow. Then a volley of arrows shot from the skeletons raining over them causing them to duck. Suddently Matt came to his senses and realized a storm of skeletons with swords were charging. He leaped down while the wolf king released 5 wolves to attack them. Matt slashed through 2 skeletons in the time the wolves took down 10. Matt took aim at a skeleton horde and shot an arrow at extreme speeds. His arrow collided with an arrow, splitting the other in half, then 2, then 3 and finally on the 4th Matts arrow broke. Matt suddently realized the arrow wasnt aimed at him and it hit a wolf smack in the chest. All 10 people on the wall took aim at once then.... Woosh!!!! 10 then 20, 30, 40 skeletons were down. After all the skeleton archers died the soldiers drew their swords and charged.
Personality: Matt is a very quiet, extemely smart, friendly kid who enjoys nature.
Appearence: Matt has messy black hair, an orange hoodie and ripped jeans, he has empty black eyes, and no shoes.
Backstory: Matt didnt have many friends back home, but often Matt would just become lost in his own little world inside his head. He didnt have many goals, just dreams.
Time here:
Matt woke up on the shore with his clothes ripped and arm scratched badly, he didnt know much about how he got here, nor did he care, as long as he can escape to his mind. Matt did not know how he got here, his parents died shortly before but he was extremely happy his cat Mittens was there.
Equipment:
Matt woke up with a 100 page notepad, 2 nice sharpened pencils and a sleeping bag. All he really wants.
Matt began by playing with his cat, who he loved alot. Mittens was not afraid of coal, but didnt appreciate being near a wolf alot.
"Okay, the first thing you need to know is the world is in 5 sections. We have the smallest section, the resistance, led by the wolf king. As you can tell he controls wolves. The other 4 sections are about equal land. They are forces of creepers, spiders, skeletons, and zombies. Now, each of the leaders have special powers not many know about.
The Skeletons are led by a man in a red cloak, zombies black, spiders blue, and creepers green. Only 1 of the leaders powers is known, the skeletons leader can control your actions."
"So whats going on right now?" Asked Matt. "Well, every side is at war, mainly against us. Oh, by the way, take these." Said the man tossing Matt a bow, quiver full of arrows and a sword. "Hey what color are we?" Asked Matt. "Orange." Replied the man.
"And whos the wolf king?"
The man smiled. "I am."
Matt was mining away the stone as fast as he could.
"Finally," He thought "I can reach bedrock!" Matt dug and dug when CRACK! He hit bedrock
After 30 minutes of work Matt cleared a 30x30 hole of bedrock. When he dug out on his 31st column he saw a hole leading into nothing. Just plain sky. Out of curiosity Matt jumped in.
He fell and fell but then, the world seemed to flip and he fell onto solid grass. He looked around. He was in some type of deserted city. Then he noticed it wasnt deserted at all. There were maybe 30 people, all of which looked like anxious. A tall man in his twenties came over. "We've got a new one." He exclaimed. "Come on with me, you've got alot to learn."
Chapter 2: Where the Wolves and the Spiders Roam
At sunrise David woke me up.
"We have to get moving."
I got up slowly and set off to pick up some branches for home improvements. I found a nice tree when i noticed an unusual number of spiders around a cave. I didnt really care, i was too focused on what i was doing. After i got a considerable amount i felt i was fine with what i gathered. I realized i needed some meat. I took a stick off the ground laying by a large tree and looked around for a sharp stone. After a few minutes of peering around i found one and took off some string from a sheep. I then needed something like a hook. I just took a sharp twig and wrapped my string around it. I dug a considerable 5 inches underground and found a worm. I attached it to my twig and went down to the water. I cast the worm in. I waited and waited when i remembered the spiders. I brainstormed what it could be about when i felt a pull. I caught a fish! I pulled and i had a nice medium fish.
I put it back in the cave and went over too the spiders. They were gathering around a giant terrantula! I stabbed at a spider.
Big mistake.
All the spiders started after me. I was running back towards the shelter but the spiders were gaining. When they were inches from me i heard a howl and a crush. I looked back. A wolf was attacking the spiders! I thought i should reward the wolf. I went and got the fish, it would've spoiled anyways so i fed him. The wolf followed me around.
"Im gonna name you Sausage!" I said happily.
Then i noticed another wolf up on a distant mountain.
"I guess this is where the spiders and wolves roam." I said.
Chapter 1: Cold Dreams
I woke up not knowing much.
I knew my name was Matt and this kid next to me was David
I knew nothing much else.
I know about me and David.
I know how to speak english and i know math,social studies etc.
I do not know how i got here.
I do not know my family members
I do not know where i am.
I slowly got up. I looked to my left and David was still out cold. I looked down. My jeans were ripped around the knees.
David had a cut along his right cheek.
Im 5'6 with shaggy black hair and wearing an orange hoodie.
David was an extremely tall african american kid with a plain black tshirt.
I looked around at everything. We were in an area with mixed mountains and forests.
David slowly began to stir. He didnt freak out and just said "Ill look for a cave."
When he set out i crawled over to a pine tree, my ankle aching and took some needles and started connection some leaves together.
10-15 minutes later he notified me he had found a cave and made a door out of a rock.
I gathered some pine needles and leaves and sat in the cave weaving. David was doing something over by a rock. I couldnt see because my ankle hurt too much.
At sunset David said "Catch" and tossed me a sharp stick.
We closed the door and slowly drifted off to sleep.
I was in a small dark room. A black hooded man said in a cold voice "Matt... You shall perish along with David and Alex..."
I tried to talk but he held out a hand flexing his fingers and i felt like there were ropes pinning me to the ground.
The scene changed. I was alongside David and a kid i didnt know but seemed to recognize somehow.
We were confronted with a bunch of skeletons. They all had bows but seemed to be waiting for orders from a green hooded man. I looked back, there was a wolf next to me, David, and the other kid who i suddently realized might be Alex.
I awoke sweating like crazy and feeling sick... I stared at the ceiling and drifted back into a light sleep.
My memory is very foggy. All i remember is getting on a plane, a rush of air and debris and blackness.
Just plain blackness.
I dont know where i am, its just a extremely strange setting.
There are mixes of things everywhere.
Mainly mountains and forests but the occasional desert. I dont know where to start. I might as well get a sharp stick and hope for the best.
I found a nice thick stick and began polishing it against a rock. Eventually it was nice and sharp. Ill go and search for a cave for shelter. After maybe 15 minutes of wandering i eventually found a nice sandy one. I looked around and found a big rock for a decent door. For now.
It appears to be sunset so i might as well arm myself for whatever is waiting out there.
At night it was a nice full moon. I knew better than to believe in werewolves. The night was completely fine except a wolf that howled and scared the crap outta me.
When sunrise came with the relief that i survived a wave of hunger overtook me. It was clawing at me from the inside almost uncontrollably. I looked around and relievingly found an apple tree. I couldnt reach the ends of a branch so i pulled it down, released and watch the apples fly off.
I picked up a nice bright red one and started eating, it wasnt the best but it was still food. I realized i ought to work on some home improvements. I noticed a nice pine tree and there were alot of needles on the ground.
I picked up some spare leaves and wove them together with the pine needles starting my blanket. After i had a decently sized blanket i had a sudden urge.
Meat.
I want meat!
Fish. I need fish.
I went over to a sheep and took a strand of wool for a rod.
Bad idea.
The sheep turned and crushed my foot. Atleast i had some string. Now i needed another stick.
There werent any good ones. I thought i found one but it broke on an attempt to hollow it down.
It was getting dark so i decided to go back to my cave. I took some leaves and pine needles aswell to finish up my blanket. After i was tired i decided to go to bed.
And i thought to myself, what a sucky start.
