make the player either drop an item or use a spawn egg. Right where it is placed summon an invisible marker no gravity armorstand. Then use setblocks and other commands from there
This problem will also present itself if you have other projects so perhaps try finding a plugin that separates worlds and what not so that commands are not carried throughout. That ability seems special to the plugin. I remember back on my old server I had a plugin for multiple worlds and had 2 worlds running tons of commands and they never clashed
Try doing something like adding a unique tag to each of the UFOs. Then execute at one of the UFOs and do something like this command:
/execute @e[tag=ufo1] ~ ~ ~ /execute @e[tag=!ufo1,type=Creeper,r=1] ~ ~ ~ /summon Ozelot ~ ~ ~ {Special Data with tags and invisible}
Then make a command that kills the ocelot. Then copy the first command for each ufo. This should summon an ocelot if 2 are withing 1 block of eachother thus making them run from eachother.
Ah, ya now that I remember you cant. Well you could quickly summon/resummon the entity as either a plain creeper or special one but Im not sure what exactly this is for or all the specifics
Well that isnt what he is asking for. He wants to find out how to test for entity movements, which cant use the stat.walkOneCm scoreboard. To do so I suggest summoning an ArmorStand at all entities repeatedly. Then adding their score on a scoreboard by 1 and killing them when they reach 2. Then execute at the one with exactly 2 before it dies and use commands such as /execute @e[tag=testMove,score_move_min=2,score_move=2] ~-1 ~ ~ /execute @e[tag=testMove,score_move_min=1,score_move=1,r=1]
essentially, what happens is you are testing the distance between the two. If you want to detect if it is moved the slightest at all you can just do /execute @e[tag=testMove,score_move_min=2] ~ ~ ~ /execute @e[tag=testMove,score_move_min=1,score_move=1,r=0] ~ ~ ~ /scoreboard players tag @e[c=1,r=1] add notMoving
Then you would do all of your commands that apply to things that ARE moving. then end the chain with
/scoreboard players tag @e[tag=notMoving] remove notMoving
If you need more help you can ask or I can make a vid XD I did something more complex in a one command where it tested the Velocity of an entity
Did you try using /entitydata @e[type=Creeper] {Passengers:[{id:ArmorStand,Marker:1b,Invisible:1b,Passengers:[{id:Ozelot,Silent:1b,ActiveEffects:[{Id:14,Amplifier:0,Duration:19980,ShowParticles:0b}]}]}]}
Then kill the things riding it when not necessary?
You cant do anything like that. Your only hope is to made a 3d texture and put it in the Zombies armor slot and make the zombie invisible. Then have multiple arm movements and move them as the zombie attacks. This is very hard to do so I would advise you to replan your thingy. XD
Not sure what you mean, could you explain your situation? You can use sign generators to make signs have click events and you can use blockdata command blocks to alter sign lines and data
To make it random, summon a bunch of armorstands with the same name or tag, then do /execute @e[tag=channel] ~ ~ ~ /setblock ~ ~ ~ redstone_block
Right underneath the armorstand you have a command block that changes the entitydata or whatever and right where the head of the armorstand would be you put a block that sets the block beneath it to air so it resets
using: mcstacker.bimbimma.com you can create the commands for the paintings. I would suggest making one of the paintings into a GIF or a few of them. It is kind of difficult to do so but there are some tutorials out there. If you dont want to do that then you could always just use that summon commands and put in the coordinates and have the immages go as if they were gifs. Just have many paints portraying one scene and have them play in order
Dude needing skype and extra info is totally fine. I wouldnt trust people without Skype/headset and mc chat is too slow to get work done. I have been working on something of a similar sort but am not done yet. Sadly I have too many things to do at the moment but feel free to ask questions or request things in a comment on a video and I can address that as soon as possible.

So no /execute... y on that version? Well u can have a dispenser with command blocks in it that summon the paintings or uses entitydata

Here:
/summon ArmorStand ~ ~1 ~ {ArmorItems:[{id:iron_block,Count:1},{id:iron_leggings,Count:1},{id:iron_chestplate,Count:1},{id:skull,Damage:3,Count:1,tag:{SkullOwner:CaptainSparklez}}]}
You can use this to make it quick:
