Why should we hire you: I'm versatile when it comes to building and I quite enjoy it. I have previous experience building and moderating on servers, now of which have been shut down. I also enjoy being a part of server communities, and socializing with those who join. As well as all of this, I make sure I'm thorough when I build, I don't like leaving projects unfinished.

What frustrates you? What frustrates me is that some people are not willing to ASK for help when they need to. Also, if there is trouble between two players, sometimes they don't work "with me" as in they are not telling the truth, making it even harder to resolve the issue.
Tell me about the toughest server situation you’ve ever been in? OK, since I have no helper experience, I'll say how I helped someone as a player. There we're two people insulting each other on the server and I ended up resolving the fight.

Why should you hire me? I have been co-owner admin and moderator and 5 different servers, co-owner on 1 admin on 3 and mod 1. I am also very disaplining but I don't spam the ban button XD. I am very friendly and always try to solve people's problems I do not disaplin too often otherwise I would be abusing. There would only be one problem, somtimes school gets a little bit in the way, but I will be onlineq atleast 3 hours a day. And I'll skype you if I get grounded XD.
what modivates you? What modivates me is knowing that I am a trusted player on Minecraft and that nobody is fighting like staff fighting players. (Like on discovermc:/)I want everybody to be happy and have fun on this soon to be server!
What frustrates you? Well nothing really frustrates me unless u put me as dev then I will literally suicide because I have no idea how to do that stuff, but also bullies frustrate me because they always want to let you down not up and this is why I want to be a moderator/helper to let things strait with these bullies.
Hardest server situation would probobly be when I rarely get In a fight with players/staff but I don't want to provoke an actual mad at each other situation, so I just Try to get myself out of it.
What at can I do compared to other candidates? Well I want to disaplin those bullies out the who trybto harm other people but I also do not provoke a fight with anyone, I am Farley well with staying in control and figuring out a way to solve the problem responsible.
What if someone was accused of hacking? I would fit identify the player, next I would read any evidence/screen shot of this player, then I would examine in person going somehow undercover on my alt if this player is hacking and if so a ban for 10 days (I can make it higher)
Spamming? I would check screen shots and check for myself too then mute for 1 day.
Griefing? Well I have never had experience with anyone griefing so my best annswer would be a temp gm chance to spectator for 10 hours but it depends on where how why and how big.
