Why should we hire you?: you should hire me because i been staff on a a lot of servers so i know a lot of commands and how to tell if someone is hacking.
How could you make a difference in our server?: i could make a difference by getting players to join by putting in a lot of my time and by getting rid of hackers.
Any experience as staff on another server (please explain)?: I had 2 servers of my own but i shut them down because no one played. i have been co-owner on 2+ servers i have been admin on 6 servers that got up to 30 players a day.

Why should we hire you?: I enjoy being able to build for people, it's been the main reason why I've even kept playing Minecraft. Building has been the most enjoyable thing about this game to me, brig being able to create large builds with very much detail.
How could you make a difference in our server? I believe I would make a difference with my buildings by showing well built structures that players enjoy seeing and don't bore them with lame builds.
Any experience as staff on another server (please explain)?: I have experience on McSellout being mod and builder, ive been building for them for a while now until i relized they were just using me and didnt even acknowledge me very much to now I'm leaving them to find people that will actually respect me and accept who I am and my builds.
Are you currently staff on another server?: at the time, I still am staff on mcsellout but It won't be lasting much longer for I'm leaving them.
How much time could you spend daily on our minecraft server as staff (Rough estimate)?: easily 6 to 8 hours a day. I will usually stay on after midnight playing.
How long have you been playing Minecraft? I've been playing for I believe 6byears now.
Whats your maturity level (scale of 1-10)?: I'd have to say 7ish, saying I do like to mess around sometimes to get a laugh out of people.
Can you work well with others? Mainly depends on how they are but normally I am able to work with others.
Any questions for me?: Hate having to say this but I have yet to find the server ip up so I was wondering if you could replay with the ip, and saying this makes me feel like a complete idiot and mostly will get my application rejected but at least I'm trying to do my best.
Anything else you want to add?: I do rollerskate so their will be times I will suddenly get off if a friend wants to go to a skating park.
Proof of builds? (If caught lying it will be denied)?: I have 2 complete builds on mcsellout and 1 I have not finished, however those builds are very large and normally take 2 days to 3 days.
How good can you build? I'm a very strong and good builder, I easily can prove this with a modernish type style build.

You should hire me because I can bring many things to the table and add to the staff teams' skills. I am determined, responsible, dedicated, and respectful. If I set my mind to anything, I can do it. How Can I Make A Difference On The Server:
I will always be there, and always willing to help with anything. I can control and make a good atmosphere within the server, while giving people the freedom they deserve. I will be very active, and build a strong connection with the server. I can be one of your best staff members, who is always looking to help and have fun with others.
Experience:
I have been staff on a couple of different servers, I'd say around 4, because I like to dedicate myself to one server.
targetcraft.net - I was a helper , and was active. The owner, AzroWear quit minecraft.
Play.skylarkmc.net - I was an admin, and it was a minigame server and we got huge into it, but again the owner quit.
The other 2 I cannot remember the IP for because it was a while ago, but it was a town server and I was helper.
The other one I was a Mod in, and it was a factions server.
Staff:
I am currently not staff for any server, except one server that I applied to, but is under development still.
Time:
On a daily basis, I can spend around 3-5 hours on the server, helping out. These times may change though during school, because that comes first, along with my basketball practice, and homework. But for now, during the summer which still has a month and something left, this will remain constant.
Minecraft:
I have been playing Minecraft for around 4-5 years, when 1.3.2 came out. I owned servers and played with friends.
Maturity:
I would say my maturity level is a 7 out of ten. I like to have fun, but I know when it's time to get serious.
Others:
I am good at interacting with other people, and I enjoy making new friends. I like to meet new people, but I also respect their beliefs and choices. I like to build strong connections with people, and overall have fun with them. I know how to talk to people, as I said I know phycology.

Hacking:
If I saw someone hacking, I would get prob ban the person. I wouldn't do it automatically though, as I like to watch the person a couple of times to make sure. You never know.
If someone was accused of hacking, I would tell the person to report it on the forums with evidence, but also just to make sure, I would go and check it out.
I would prob kick the person, with a warning, and if continued, ban. Go appeal on the forums.

Tell me about the toughest server situation you’ve ever been in? The toughest situation within minecraft was when I had built my own server and just made it public. Back at that time i wasn't experienced with making servers. A hacker joined my server and tried to hack my IP address and I had to get my friend to help me. Soon the situation was fixed but I guess thats considered a tough situation?
What can you do for us that other candidates can't? What can I do? I can help your community grow and make the server a better place. I can also build what ever you guys would need me because of my building skills.

What would you do if someone was accused of hacking? I would give them reasons to why I'm not hacking. I could skype the person and screen share my minecraft screen to prove me of not hacking.
