+1 This is an amazing idea and could spice up the game and add a few more goals even though minecraft isn't all about goals but its about... Errrr never mind.
You would want to check for block ID interferences as 2 mods might use the same IDs. Also make sure that your mods aren't incompatible with each other as some mods just don't like each other. Also did you install the mods without adding a plugin or mod that adds bucket - mod compatibility? These are just thoughts.
Mods can add basically anything from blocks , mobs , tools and items and new mechanics into the game. The client needs to have the mods installed to play on a server that has those mods.
Plugins can change gameplay and add "new " items but need to be based on something that's already in vanilla like they could rename a apple as an tomato and let it drop from wheat are an rare drop.
And no you can't have plugins in single player although you can have plugins and mods combined in multiplayer.
So how many frames do you think i can get with minecraft with the desktop specs
Well it depends what type of recording software you are using. If it auto compresses at the tiem you record,then I would say at most you get over half your original fps taken off.
