Bnm should have asked Chief in a PM first, it's not his fault that bnm posted that here.

@Chief also, does this mean you're angry at me for asking for beta? D:
No what i was flustered by is the constant pestering of "Whens the map going to be out" and all that in repeated instances. I think if someone is pressuring me to do finish my map quicker id prefer not to listen to them. So no infaderp im not mad at you, because you asked one meer time when i was looking for beta-testers so im quite alright with that. And i personally dont believe im being irrational i just would prefer not to be rushed. I hope people understnad that im not a ****, as bnm has somewhat portrayed me as, i just get annoyed when im rushed to do something

This really should be in a PM to bnm not here on the thread. this is a personal squabble between the two of you, no need to bring it up in front of everyone like this.
Alrighty appollo, i didnt want to bring this to the thread so he did so i thought it would be appropriate, but i understand where you are coming from.

Just a question, if you read this you know who you are, I was helping out a certain map-maker with a map, and then one day, he removes me from the beta list and blocks me. Do you know why someone would do that?
First off bnm i have my reasons for blocking you and taking you off the beta-list. One of which being you constantly bugged me about when it would be out, which i find very annoying and really doesn't want to make me give you a copy. Second off, i never said you could beta-test the map in the first place. You practically invited yourself to beta-test my map. Now im a nice guy and was afraid to say, no, but after a disscussion with Vechs on Rockenroll4life's stream (You guys should check him out if you haven't already) He made me realize that i can't just have any old person beta my map and he said a few other things as well like never to rush a map, and dont feel pressured by people. So the reason I took you off my beta list is because i never originally wanted you but i was a coward to say no, so i said sure hesistantly. There reason I blocked you from skype was the constant badgering of "When the map gonna be out, can i have the map now" Things like that bug me. So you will just have to wait 2-3 weeks to play the map like everyone else. Dont take this too harshly but I'm just trying to be honest here.

    - Sincerely Collin K/ Chiefwiggy

Building castles isn't really too hard if you have Worldedit for copying segments or selecting large areas. Just make sure to plan before you start building (theme, layout, blocks to use), step back and look at what you've made every so often, and don't be hesitant to delete sections and rebuild them.

Ok thanks, its probalby just been my lazyness to build one because they look so hard to build but i will take your tips into consideration

On another subject matter, i have finally finished Inspired Gallery. If i promised you a beta-test please just message me on skype and i will give you a copy (if i promised you one) but i would like to get the map out in the next 2-3 weeks <3

There could be another mod conflicting with it. What other mods do you have installed? Also, post the crash report.
The Mods i currently have installed are Single player commands (with craftscripts) , mod loader, mod loader patch, and Too Many Items. Do any of these conflict with the mod?

I apologize. I just scrolled 6 pages and 4 people are using the word drama, with Qmagnet saying multiple times how he is gonna stop map making, a guy gets "attacked" because of his unfair review. This is more interesting than my country's hundreds of crime news, 5/5, made me cry, would buy.
    Please stop, both of you.

If I posted 30 pages ago it would be alright, right? I already apologized about that in the post, I am not trying to help anybody, geez. I am just posting questions because I want to post questions. I am not as much as a stalker as I used to be when I didn't have an account, I don't know what's been going on, I don't even know if anybody mentioned this before. Someone has probably done it, but as I said, I am just posting questions because I want to post questions. Understood?
Dont apologize or make excuses dude. Just accept the fact of the matter that bringing stuff like that will cause drama and just move on

I really like the look of the first 3 pictures jsut beautiful work, but that 4th picture just isn't doin it for me :/ i think maybe adding some structures or even like dead bushes or trees jsut to not make the area look so dull :/ that being said i really like in the 2nd and 3rd picture how that lighting provides certain "depth" and a certain feel to the area that just looks aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Also how did you build that castle? Did you use any programs for that? Ive always wanted to build a castle in my CTM maps but i just dont have the appropriate tools necisarry.

This will be my last post here until the 10th.

Here's a beta version of the All-U-Want entity editor!!! This is a super early version and it will have lots of bugs and missing features. Make sure you back up your worlds before using it, it is possible to corrupt your worlds with this! Also, delete the inventory editor before you install this because the inventory editor is included in it.

    http://www.mediafire...or_beta_0.1.zip

How to use: To create an entity press 'r' over the block that you want to place the entity on. To create a spawner, sneak and press 'r' over the block you want to place it on.
The mod doesnt work at all, pressing "r" causes nothing to happen and when i use the actual all-u-want inv editor part of the mod my game crashes.

    Asthetics 1/10?

Looks more like 8 or 9, look at the awesome level designs (maybe not the caves, but the structures!)
This is clearly not a 8 or a 9, if you want an example of an 8 or a 9 check out Viynl Fantasy II, thats a 8 or 9 in asthetics. This map i gave a 1 in asthetics due to the boxy feel to most room to room areas, and the generic cave style for the rest of the areas, and this is jsut a personal opinion. I counted the fireworks under creativity if thats something you are referring to. I just honestly thought the map looked bad, and there wasn't gameplay to make up for it... So my review stands as is, and ive submitted it on the CTM community thread :/

I thank you very much for your honesty!
    Here are some answers:

    1. i guess you are right, there are too many spawners :(

    2. i know it's difficult but it is possible to speedrun the map, the cave spiders are a bit too much but you can handle them pretty good. A nice going run would probably take 20-30 minutes.

    3. Idk what you are talking about, there are many pickaxes, there is a chest at the beginning of the cave to the left with an iron pick, to the right of the magenta wool a diamond pick with eff. 2 and after the light blue wool next to the drop there is a diamond pick with eff. 5.
The one with eff. 2 is a bit hard to see but the rest are very clear. :)

    4. Yes the blue wool is very difficult but it seems like my beta- testers handled it well.

    5. I didn't put that much effort into the look of the areas, but i am not that great of an architect in minecraft. I think it's better this way, cause if i would have tried to make the areas look very good:
A- It would take years for me
and B- It won't look that much better :(

    6. The XP does need to be faster, i know. i'll work on it.

    7. Yes, i'll make the potions longer!

    8. This map isn't long, i know that! It's not meant to be!

I might get rid of some spawners... Maybe in the blue wool, i'll get rid of some more, but not many. I find it fun to have many spawners to handle!

Difficulty: Hard, i know. But hard is good! it gives you opportunity to get better!

Anyway, i thank you very much for the response and i'll think about some stuff again!
I am a derp i really missed them pickaxes, silly me, but one thing i forgot to say is CHARGERS IN A MAX SPAWN AREA IS A NO NO IN MAGENTA WOOLZ

Alright i jsut obtained the orange wool, but i am lost, where do i go? and did i miss the white wool. But one recommendation is to make a type of a fleecy box so the player is inditcated where to go. So far the map is fairly balanced, maybe if your going to have skeletons but more than 2 bows, in case we die, and maybe a projectile protection chestpiece, but other than that i like the map, but if you can tell me where to go that would be much appriciated

Hey Guys Chiefwiggy here and im here with a review of a map i tried out that i would not recommend playing in its current form, nevertheless i have conjured up a review. Its not very good review, but a review. Lets get started shall we!

Map: Wool Rush #01- by mroy008
    Thread: http://www.minecraft...sh-wool-rush-1/

Comments: This was was a decent map with some clear balancing issues, there are way too many spawners, and yes having too many spawners is possible. You spammed each area with at least of 10-30 spawners which ussally caused an influx of 15-45 mobs in mere seconds. The starting area was nice, and very generous but i feel as if it could have given out the levels a little bit quicker so you could actually speed run the map like the intent was. Speaking of speed running, yeah this map was not a speed runable map really. Even thought i managed to finish it in under an hour, i think that slow and steady was the best way to take this map on. Now that being said, if your intent was being speed run, then you have to make it easier for the player and avoid the usage of Over time damaging mobs such as the cave spiders (which werent really necessary at the magenta Wool) Wither Skeletons, and Blazes, now you can use those mobs but in moderation. Also another thing, maybe it was just me, but there wasn't a single pickaxe in the whole map, at all, of the chests i looked in. Some areas were alot more unbalanced than the others. My least favorite area was the Blue wool, with the ascending glass due to balancing issues, it got to a point where the map wasn't very fun due to the spam of spawners (which i cannot emphasize enough) Some solid areas were the White wool area... thats really about it. Id reccomending getting rid of a good 90% of the spawners in this map, as constructive critism. The areas didn't look that well either which also detracts from the gameplay slightly. My main overall changes that i think should be made is, adding a pick at the start of the map. Making the xp at the start come out faster, lengthen the potion durations. and please for the love of god get rid of all of those spawners.
Difficulty: 9 (Due to balancing Issues)
    Overall Enjoyment: 1/10

    SCORE:
    Aesthetics: 1/10
    Creativity: 2/10
    Gameplay: 1/10

    Overall: 4/30
