If you open you inventory, is the number at the bottom of the right column (The NEI list) set to 1, perhaps?
Thank you so much. It was exactly that, though I don't know how it got set to that. I set it to 64 and now it works fine. Thank you so much. Unsure how to make it so I get a stack of whatever it is, rather than 64. Like eggs, that stack in 16, for example.
EDIT: Never mind, I figured it out. You just set it to 0 and it gives you a stack of whatever you click on.

I am playing in 1.7.10 and NEI is doing something that is particularly irritating. I have tried looking this up on Google, but no one else seems to have this problem.
I get this occasional error with NEI that when it happens, until i manage to fix it(I have no idea how to fix it, usually happens by accident), it only gives me 1 item instead of a stack when left clicking on an item in the nei inventory. For example, if I wanted to get a stack of gold blocks, normally I would just left click on the gold blocks in the nei inventory and I'm good to go. But with this, even when left clicking(I know right clicking is only supposed to give you one block, but I am left clicking), I only get one block of gold. I have tried this with a lot of the blocks and it seems to happen with all of the blocks in the inventory.
Does anybody have a possible solution to this? Willing to listen to anything that might fix it.

Note: Yes, I have tried reinstalling the mod. It did not help.
Hello, I would like to report a bug. When I have a bucket of clean water, and drink it returns me a wooden cup. Is it normal ?. Also remember that buckets of clean water could be 16. I hope again to put that option in the next version. Greetings.
I have this problem as well. It gives me a wooden cup when drinking a bucket of clean water and I can't stack the clean water buckets anymore. I hope this will be fixed.
But if you disable them both, you'll have a world of, well, nothing! Or, at least the terrain will be there, but no biomes, making it just a white wasteland or something like that..
That would be really interesting to see. I guess it would be like walking on a wasteland of clouds.
I get an error when I try to install any of the mods. It isn't a conflict with other mods, as I tested it the coremod and one of the mods by itself and it still errored. I have the correct version of forge, despite what the error might say.. I have version 10.13.0.1217. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
EDIT: I got it to work. Just had to make a new profile.

Also, there seems to be a glitch where I can't break the storage drawers, even when I'm in creative. Please fix this.
