Been trying out the mod. Everything looks amazing. I especially like the column options.

The new spawn area is shaping up very well. The courtyard and columned agora are complete, and I have begun preparing for the next phase - the ampitheatre, which will act as a meeting area. Any donations of supplies for spawn are welcome as it is being built completely legit. Images will come this weekend.

Very enjoyable server thus far. True to my word, I have begun a village on the Twilight Forest side of the portal, so come on over to Doc's Glen and set yourself up a nice little house. Coming soon will be the Twilight Village Inn & Outfitter which will provide adventurers with everything they need before setting off into the dangerous forest. Keep up the good work, folks.

Why do you want to join the server?: Although I have been playing Minecraft since the beginning, it is only recently that I began trying FTB. I am enjoying the experience, but am looking forward to working with other players for both the social and learning aspects. This server appears to allow all the FTB mods and have a decent community.

How can you help us out?: I would like to explore the Twilight Forest primarily and make my home there. I will gladly build a spawn town on the Twilight Forest side of the portal for everyone to enjoy and restock before heading off into the wild forest for adventure.

Have you been banned before? (If Yes, State Why): No

Have you worked/owned a server before?: Both

I have been a moderator on several servers, most of which I can no longer remember their names. None are still active. I was an admin on the City of Islands server from September 2010 to January 2011, when the server imploded. In May 2011, I joined the Lord of the Craft rp server and became an admin in July 2011 until sometime in early 2012. Off and on from early 2011 until about September 2012, I was also an admin of the IMPACT servers. I also became a moderator on a Tekkit server in Fall 2012 until that server went offline.

My moderation and admin duties were strictly in-game. My technical skills are lacking, so back-game administration was always handled by another admin. This was true in the case of the dozen or so servers I have owned over the last three years as well. I paid for the servers, but always had another admin handle the back-game side, except in the instances where I paid for the servers, but was not actively involved in them at all.

Other Information: Just a few other tidbits of information.

    1. I work full-time and have a girlfriend, so I won't be online 24/7.

    2. Feel free to call me "Doc". It is an in-game nickname that members of former servers gave me because I have a doctorate in the real world.

    3. On every server of which I have been a member, I establish a town which becomes the focal point of the server. I have been doing this for three years, so have become very good at it. I spent a lot of time on RP servers too, so I am excellent at fostering roleplay and hosting events in said towns. This is why I would like to establish a town around the Twilight Forest portal.

I hope to see you all soon!

Nice concept, design, and build. I especially like how it looks with your texture pack. Looks to be a mix of naturalist, steampunk, and dwarven architecture.

Is there a particular theme to your server - for instance, based on your profile pic, a Roman theme?

posted a message on Which biome?
It primarily depends on what my goal is. If I will be farming, then I prefer the plains. If I will be fishing, then the coastline is needed. If I will be mining, then a mountainous region with many caves is ideal. I do enjoy snowy biomes, but they have to fit into the roleplay of the scenario.

posted a message on 1.9 and Animal breeding?
Animal breeding works in Mo' Creatures, so it should be possible to code it into the base game, although possibly not in time for 1.9.

posted a message on [1.0.0] Clay Soldiers Classic
Brilliant work indeed! Once it is SMP compatible, I can already think of several ways to implement the clay soldiers into factional PvP on the IMPACT server. In experimentation, I have been working on constructing a massive arena for clay soldier battles, complete with fortresses, rivers (actually creeks), and forests (bushes). I have not yet tested the clay men's swimming ability, though. Can they cross water?

Excellent mod and I cannot wait to see how it will continue to develop! 5/5

On a side note, have you released documentation that gives the item ID for each mod specific item? If not, could you please? I am compiling a list of mod item and block IDs to help determine which will be compatible. Thanks!

<3 Lilly pads, and possible hippos (the most dangerous underwater creature to anger)?

I like the idea of having hippos in the game world. Along with them rhinos would also be an excellent addition.

Doc, have you begun thinking about possible companion mobs for the new adventure update? With some of the changes Notch is planning, a good mob that fits with the theme would be mummies. With all the adventure maps that use an Egyptian theme, the absence of mummies is a noticeable loss.
