People who do not know how to get their own IP addresses should not be allowed to make servers, d'uh. Same for local vs outside IP. This is getting ridiculous.
I know how harsh that sounds, but reading over this forum makes me CRY.
Same.
Also, the people who ask these questions most likely don't know how to open their port, then they make another thread saying "How do I open my port". Then they say "What do I with the thingy I downloaded".
They might as well join an existing one.
But if they join an existing one, how oh wow will they ever get to become ADMIN?!
I'm just getting "bad interpreter" on all of these.
1. I open in notepad.
2. I paste the code.
3. I save as mc.sh.
4. I put in the directory /minecraft/ via FileZilla.
5. I type chmod 755 mc.sh
6. "-bash: ./mc.sh: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory.
Capitalism will work on any server. Your inventory is private, and you can choose whether or not to trade. In essence, it is unbreakable.
Unbreakable? I think that if a miner can suddenly become insanely rich by getting lucky and finding a vein of gold then that system is "broken". I think, in fact, if anybody can suddenly become insanely rich by doing anything then the system is broken.

Communism will work on very few servers. The system is very easily broken.
Explain.

Kinda translates that way to real life, too.
Really? Right now, between all the foreclosures, bankruptcies, and layoffs, it seems capitalism is falling flat on it's face!
1. If a miner has good luck and finds stuff and can sell it, that same opportunity existed for everyone else too.
2. As the OP said, if there is a community chest, someone could take everything. In capitalism, your inventory cannot be accessed.
3. In the United States, we do not have a pure capitalism system.
