Hello, I am a guard on convicted a server you may know of. Well anyways a lot of our players joined your server while it was down for about 30mins as did i and we started having some fun. Ex. We all would /suicided every 3-5 mins but we were not trying to spam you guys. Also some of our players started chanting about our server. We are very sorry and hope we didnt do anything to offend you or for you to retaliate against us. Right now the staff is punishing those involved and we assure you it wont happen again.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I have played on mc-convicted for a while, and it has become my favorite server. Recently, I did install a X-Ray client, trying to get enough money to buy a plot. This was a dumb mistake that I made, and now I am paying for it. I understand that what I did was wrong, and completely unfair to other players. I will not give any excuses such as "It was my brother" or "I got hacked". I was the one that did this, and it was a mistake. I have learned from this mistake, and am certain that I will not do it again. I would really hate to lose this server, and all of my friends that play on it. I hope that I can have one more chance, and prove that I will never do anything like this again.
Additional Information: Thank you for reading this and taking the time to help me. I hope you all have fun on mc-convicted just as I have done. This server is above most servers, and is my favorite. I hope that you all have many lasting memories as I have on this server.

Sorry even though admitting it does make me respect you as I was banned for X-ray on my alt I don't think you will get unbanned you might just Want to buy an alt if you really love the server and you can join back fresh and new and learn from your mistakes.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I am pretty good at pvp when i try to actually pvp because of my really good computer (I dont lag at all). I want to become a trainee that is trusted and abuse-free. I have seen many gaurds come and go so I know exactly what to do because I watched them do the things that they weren't suppose to do. I am very responsible and I will do everything in my power to help keep the prisoners safe. I want to do my best from keeping prisoners camping other prisoners, hitting other prisoners, and rioting. I don't rage often unless its a joke or its world quest. If I do rage which will rarely happen i will try my best not to say it in the main chat. I play on convicted all the time so I will be active. I wouldn't ignore rules not matter if its a joke, messing with friends, or if i am just really angry. I will make sure to not give out any swords to any prisoner no matter what. If there is anything in the tree farm thats not suppose to be there I will destroy it and if there re saplings missing I will replant. I will always provide back up to any guard in need. I will never stop chasing someone no matter what unless they run into a safe zone before i tag them. I will never not go guard because there are prot 4 diamond armour guys in C foyer. First, DaChimp is a girl and I think she knows what auto fishing is. She was either watching you for a long time making sure you had that mod. Also having auto fishing probably means you have nodus. Any experience with the prison genre? I have played other jails servers such as Kilion but after a short amount of time I realized it wasn't very good so I moved on. I understand the Prison server genre very clearly and would be able to be a guard who knows what to do.
What is your time zone? My time zone is Central U.S. Time. I live in Iowa.
Why are you the best choice for guard? I believe there are many reasons I am a good choice for guard that I will explain in this application. One of the many reasons I would be a good guard is I am loyal when I start something I don't just change my mind the next day. Also I by that I mean I understand that there are people above me and I will have to follow there orders. I understand that they are above me for a reason and they know what they are doing.
Another reason I would be a good guard is I am good at following rules and orders and being fair. By this I mean will follow all of the guard rules and server rules so that way I am the best guard I can be. I understand that I have many friends who play this server and they will not get any special treatment and will be treated like any other prisoner. I will be fair and treat all equally no matter who they are.
Another reason I would be a good guard is that I have a lot of experience on PvP servers. In the time I have had Minecraft I have mainly played PvP servers with my friends and we are good pkers. I have a lot of pking by myself against any amount of people and doing my best to hold my ground. I also have a lot of experiences fighting in groups and I do not abandon my friends or team.
The last reason that I would be a good guard is that I understand that as a guard I have a job to do. By this I mean that I am dedicated to this server and will do my best to be on at all times and help guard. Also unlike some guards I am not a donor so I will have the temptation of doing Siberian Quest, however, I do have access to tunnel quest but I will not do Tunnel Quest unless my service is not wanted or needed at that moment.

Gosh these pages fill like nobody's business. Anyways, after having been what seems to be COMPLETELY ignored, i will try this again, and I have expanded on question 7 more.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? Well, for starters, I have helped some new Cs get to a starting point by doing things like giving them a diamond pick, diamond axe, iron armor, 1,000 BP for a chest, and/or simply giving them the drops from people I kill. I also welcome new arrivals in chat.
I am a very strong PVPer, and I frequent designated PVP servers like MC-CTF. On MC-CTF, my sniping skills have revolutionized the gameplay on the server I usually play on. I have made sniping points out of parts of the maps no one else has really considered. I also average 8.5 kills every game, and have had a game with 69 kills, along with a 25 kill streak. I do realize that open-field sniping is very different from sniping and PVP in general inside a small space. However, some aspects, such as accuracy, carry over. I have been able to pick off ArticRivial from C-Block Shop while he was standing near C-Bank, with about 5 people moving around him constantly. I can also provide sufficient skills in hand-to hand/sword-to-sword combat. On MC-CTF, I can easilly kill people that have an iron sword and armor with a stone sword and chain armor.
I also help patrol the halls as a free when guard traffic is low. Although I do fully admit to killing people for no reason at all as most frees do, I also enforce rules such as killing people with contraband or who are fighting. I have broken up multiple low-profile fights in the past that guards standardly attend to on a minutely basis these days. While I do kill people who hit me and run into non-PVP as there is no rule preventing a free from doing so if a guard doesn't see, I understand that payback kills are not allowed as guard and I will adjust accordingly.
I am on the server frequently and enjoy it very much. This is really the only server I have played on long-term aside from my own and MC-CTF, and I'm playing on both of those less these days. As such, I play on here with most of my free time, which translates to almost all day Saturday and Sunday when I don't have homework, and whatever unmonitored free period I have at school.
Lastly, although somewhat minor, I have a PC that can handle the server at a very playable frame rate in C-Block. While this may be common among longtime players of the server, it is never good when a guard is faced with a computer that can't do 10 FPS. For comparison, it is an i7 Quad-Core @3.3 GHtz overclocked, 16 GB of RAM @1600 MHtz, and a Geforce 650M with 2 GB of memory. This translates to 100+ FPS on a server hosted on the same computer, with max quality video settings.

I think i would be the best choice for a guard because of many reasons. One essential reason is i have all the skills you need to be a guard I am LOYAL to not just my work but my duty i am not know to quit on anything i do not stop until i feel i have finished everything i can. Guarding is a job that is perfect for me because there is no end to it you cant just stop and quit you always have to be ready for whatever comes up. Some guard think they can do Siberian quest and talk instead of guard i am not one of those people, so i wont be wasting time doing the useless parkour. Other guards are in it for the money but i do not need money and will never need money i do not have to participate in any event why waste my time doing an event that could be spent guarding. Not only am i LOYAL but i have great reactions, not just reactions with reflexes but with instinct i know what to do in hard times when i need to make a decision fast. Ive been watching guards over the past year and noticed all the things they are doing wrong and right seeing them do the wrong thing in certain situations really ticks me off. I always think if that was me i would do this or that and have multiple responses. Knowing what to do and when to do it is needed for guards. I also have PvP skills averaging about 50-70 fps on far in C foyer without much lag so i will see everything going on around in the foyer and courtyard. PvP is another essential you need for guarding. I think PvP is not the most important thing but is a want for good guarding. I have played on PvP based servers and am usually one of the better PvPers. Also i am forgiving if a prisoner makes a mistake im not one to keep a grudge on someone if someone doesnt like me i try to get to know the person before i judge them because i think everybody deserves a chance to be an acquaintance. If they insult me on my guarding i will ask for their suggestions and see if i can improve and not get angry because no ones perfect and i know that. I am also patient i myself have 3 younger siblings who always get on my last nerve but over the years ive learned to develop patience and not get angry as easily as others. Like i said before i know how to deal with younger kids and there personality's and how to not react. I think patience is another key trait to being a guard and knowing you have to no snap so easily and try to calm down before you get out of hand. Also i respect all staff no matter what background we have or they have together i will not ignore the admins with silly questions the only time i will have to talk is when i am doing my guarding also i know how to spell and how to use grammar correctly unlike some people. THERE WILL BE NO FAVORITES my friend will not be given special treatment i will always, always choose my job before friends no matter how good of friends i am if they hate me for it so be it its their problem. I feel as if i could help the server a lot if i became guard and help keep the community safe. I am one of the most active people you will know. No one will hate my activeness i will be on every chance i get. I'm very mature and don't use racial slurs or swear much at all i respect everyone on convicted and will not hate anybody even if they hate me. Maturity is needed to be a guard if i die i wont cry i will suit up and get my butt back to the foyer to defend the community. I feel that it would benefit the server if i was guard and it would be a great addition to the guarding community. This server is my one and only love and will always be the server for me. So just think about the stuff you read and ask your self would you want ArcticRival to be a guard? Please consider this thanks.
