I have an idea though, if you wear a pumpkin on your head when you loot the chests theres a 50 - 50 chance of getting haunted and wearing a pumpkin when you leave the ship will not make you drop all the items but half and when you have a pumpkin on your head you wont die at midnight when the ghost appears. Also grave robbing on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th day you will see ghasts when you go outside but they wont burn attack you and you cant attack them, they fly in circles around you

    oh god. when i first saw him my heart skipped a beat. he set up a small house soon after. doors made of iron. i step on the pressure pad when i hear... SSSSSSS i run as the thing blows up.
    then, geting out of my house in the morning i heard a scream. i turned and saw him running. i manegged to get a screenshot of him but you can barely see him. and i dont feel like uploading it.

    heres how i think it should happen.

    you see the enderman. it has a 50% chance to do what notch intends it to do. but then, the other 50%... it will stare at you, and when you look away, it vanishes. for 5-15 minutes, you will hear footsteps behind you, making it seem like its following you. doors will open and close and paintings will be knocked down,AND items in chests would be moved around, to make it seem like its in your house when your not there. finally you will turn around and it will be right behind you. if you look away it atacks. if you atack it, it makes a horrible screeching noise and dies. also, to make it even more scary when you see it, it will onley spawn ONCE every night.

    this will make it more scary.


    well im at it ill suggest this.
    ghostly hauntings
    desturb a grave that randomly generates around the world and a haunting will begin. what may be found in it:
    full set of leather armor ( always unless better armor)
    iron pickaxe
    iron sword
    2 peices of iron armor
    1 peice of diamond armor
    1 watch
    30 bones ( always )

    DAY 1
    hear footsteps
    doors open and close

    DAY 2
    same as preveous days
    paintings are knocked down

    DAY 3
    same as preveous days
    see shadows in corner of screen
    objects in chests move

    DAY 4
    same as preveous days
    see shadow figures, apear and disapear quickly

    day 5
    same as preveous day
    no noise, no mobs, pure silence.
    at midnight a ghostly black figure will apear and charge at you. you are now dead. all your invintory drops out in the form of bones.

    HOW TO SURVIVE:
    craft a golden pendent and wear it. when day 5 arrives, atack the ghostly figure. it will die in a horrible screeching sound. if you dont kill it it will charge you scream, and repeat days 4 and 5 over and over untill you do kill it.

    the golden pendent has a simple recipe. if you are not prepared to make it you should not desturb a spirit.

    HAUNTED SHIPS

    VERRY RARE a ship wreck will be on the shore of your world. going in will reveal various treasures. but in the chest in the lowest section of the ship where you find the stuff, it will trigger horrible screaming and the ship to light on fire. on the top deck a skeliton wil stand and stare at you as you leave. it will suddenly disapear in a cloud of particles and in its place will be a black figure, that will disapear in another puff of smoke. the obejects you received will cause negitive things to happen. the chests you place these objects in will have a block of water apear above them. as long as you have an object from the ship in one of your chests or invintory, you will be stalked by a skeliton that will make a horrible screaming noise. when you hit it, the screaming stops and it disapears. but it will keep coming back untill you get rid of all the objects, or wear a golden pendent when you hit it. this will end the haunting.

    EDIT:

    a haunting can be stopped if you dident destroy the tomb stone
    and you put all items you took from the chest back into the chest and burry it. if you desturb the same grave twice, this method wont work.

    completly agree. it annoys me when people insult minecrafts graphics, or break into my house, remove the roof, flood my living room and steal most of my stuff, and change a sign from cats house to f you. in other words, greifing. and yes that did happen to me.

    i beileve this game needs potions. lets start with the ingredients.


    daybloom
    these flowers grow on dirt in sunny areas, and are the most common kind of plant.
    they have healing propertys allowsing you to make healing potions.

    moonblossum
    an uncommon plant that glows dimmly in the dark. it can be used to help you see in the dark, and to make glowing arrows.

    deathshade
    a poisionous plant that grows deep underground, near lava. it can be used to poision arrows.

    burning ivy
    a plant in the nether. it can be used to make flaming arrows. it grows up the side of netherack

    ivy
    grows up the side of dirt. used to make anti fall damege potions and protection potions.

    flower of the undying
    a very rare drop from zombies. used to make infinity poision and infinity potion. the 2 potions are not to be confused.

    new blocks and tools

    vial
    a vial is made out of glass. it holds potions untill you are ready to use them.

    this is were you make potions.

    other things

    ARROWS! you poison them with the poisons, and make them light mobs on fire with potion of fire.in addition to this you can use potion of night vision on arrows to make them glow on the surface they strike. but you may be wondering the purpose of the cure ( other then pvp ). deep underground you will find poison skeletons. they have a purple tint and dark purple eyes. they will poison you with weak poison. weak poison does NOT effect players with iron armor + on and strong poison does NOT effect players with diamond armor on.
