I have built a creeler farm in a survival server but i haven't seen a single mob spawn. I built the farm in the deep ocean biome and i have been AFK for 5 hours but nothing spawned. This is a link to the farm i have built:
I thought that the problem is because the water doesn't allow the creeper to spawn but i turned off the timer and stil the mobs didn't spawn. I really need this farm to work because i want to sell fireworks to all the server so please help.

Thanks man that farm is really cool i nuilt it and i have tons of gunpowder.
And apparently i managed to fix the other farm by replacing the redstone with cats but is not as effiecient.
