I just want to say that whatever you did to the sprint controls... oh em gee... please revert back. These controls are more oversensitive than social justice warriors.
I started a new world shortly after the update came out, there's no way I haven't passed the time needed threshold. And as I said, I received the avatar item related to the achievement, which means it must have recognized that I have obviously played the game a hundred-fold the required time needed. Having Googled this issue I have noticed there are many people who had problems unlocking it, however I haven't seen any clear-cut way to do it... especially since it should just be unlocked as it is.
Hey folks, I have been trying to get the Passing The Time achievement to unlock since the update that introduced the new achievements with no success at all. I have received the avatar item for the achievement and tried going through Xbox support chat. We tried a few things (deleting profile, re-downloading, etc) and it still will not unlock.
I was sent here (with a reference number from Microsoft) but I have no idea who to contact or where to contact anyone. Any help would be awesome.
The same thing happens when I play it offline and alone. Also, as I mentioned, only with that world. I've played other worlds both offline alone and online with a friend and they're perfectly fine, but this particular one has derped out horses and mine carts.
This is a new world I created with someone just before the frame rate issue that showed up. During the issues with that we pretty much stopped playing until the update was released to fix it. After the update we tamed horses and they're all moronic and extremely slow (see second vid) and tonight I laid down some rail and tried it out and it is glitchy as hell (see first video).
However, I tried horses and mine carts on older saves and they work just fine. So what is going on with this? Any ideas? Anyone else run into this issue?
Is anyone else experiencing derpy horses? I have found two horses on a map I have been playing that don't move fast at all. One of them literally walks slower than you would yourself walk in game. If need be, later I will try to get a video of what I'm talking about.
The Silverfish would make sense, I was in peaceful at the time. Are silverfish now found randomly throughout maps now? I only remember them being in/near strongholds. What about the lag and the strange gravel?
Anyone been having weird lag and block issues? For the last couple days while playing the game will get really slow and there will be a considerable delay between when a block breaks and when I will actually pick it up. Also when gravel falls (after a block beneath it is broken) it falls and looks like a half slab for about a second and a half and then goes back to normal. I've also noticed issues with breaking stone blocks, sometimes they break at a normal rate and sometimes they take almost twice as long to break. I hate to whine here, but the last two title updates have been a complete joke considering that I didn't notice any issues two updates ago and it's rather annoying and frustrating to see the game being degraded by "fixes." I know the guys work hard on this stuff, and I have the utmost respect, but test the freaking updates longer before releasing them so this stuff stops happening. Please.
I came to complain about the mine carts. While I like the ability to just press in the right stick to get out of the cart I hate that the cart just keeps going. And easy fix for this would be to hit the right stick and have the cart break so you can pick it up. If you are like me and have ridiculously lengthy rails and like to jump off at spots between the beginning and the end you're pretty much screwed now. Please fix this.
