caHarkness's Modded Minecraft server is looking for a small community of mature players to help start a modded minecraft experience. The server is being run 24/7 on a VPS I maintain. Our goal is to keep up with the latest version of Minecraft while supporting the new mods as they roll out. The more donations we can get, the more our server can expand.
Make a large network of tunnels. Make a primary road to and from major establishments in the world, e.g., a 3x3 tunnel from a stronghold to the nearest ocean fortress. Don't just build it to complete it, store what you find in miniature checkpoints along the way. Then, add a minecart track and decorate segments of the tunnel so it will make you want to go from place to place!

Not looking for a giant crowd here, but if you're 18+ and looking for somewhere to build, whether it's in creative mode or survival, you're welcomed here. Just leave a comment with your username and I will whitelist you. If you give me any reason to suspect that you're grieving others, younger than 18, or abusing the server in any other way, expect to be removed without warning.

I don't think there should be a bar for it... but maybe a different HUD indicator. Perhaps when you stand too close to lava, your vision becomes more "hot" indicating maybe you should cool down. It's not a mechanic you should manage like hunger, but it just keeps you from being in extreme temperatures for long periods of time.
I can tell you what would happen. A community of Minecrafters would emerge to counter this "pay to play" movement. Similar to all the Hamachi servers, you would have people sharing modded versions of Minecraft whom developers have managed to strip of its burglary ways.
No joke.. writing an Android app and that's the color (including excluding alpha) the hail swaths are shown in. Edit: Actually that was copied before I added the alpha nibbles, so that's excluding alpha.
What you made is called an SR Latch, or commonly referred to as an "RS Nor gate" or "T Flip-flop". It's a memory module that can store up to one bit of information. One bit is equivalent to a "0" or "1", two possible values. Yes- it is similar to a lever- but what you made was far more advanced and can be applied to many contraptions that require memory.
Well, most prebuilt machines that don't rely on a CPU-GPU combo (like above) would tackle anything you throw at it. The only thing that pulls me away from prebuilt is the garbageware that they fill the PC with. If you know how to reload Windows on a computer, I'd say go for it, go get the cheapest i5 machine from your local store.

Anywho, OP, this person sounds like he's got a foreign object wedged up his excretory valve. If he's threatening to leave the server, let him. Blackmailing is selfish and if someone did that to me I would let them find another server. There are plenty of other people that play Minecraft in this world...
I would consider redstone torches and blocks to be equal in value, but serve two, totally different purposes. The torch is used as an inverting component and the block is used to simplify mechanical contraptions. The redstone blocks and pistons heavily compliment each other.
Google is probably your best resource. Just watch YouTube videos and teach yourself! Give yourself a challenge, copy some creations you see and change things up to see how it works differently.
