Why did he only choose to do a LAN network style server, why not a World Wide server network?
I like the idea of LAN network style server. I have 3 people in my house that play the game and it'd be a lot easier to host something like this instead of having to create a whole new, outward facing server just for my family to play on.

My setup is exactly like his demo so you should have good success with it. Mine is in a wetlands are near forest and the sea. YMMV.
Good luck

First rule of Minecraft: Never dig straight down!
I've been there. Dig on an angle so you can stop before the fall. Then as best you can, light up the area and kill the baddies for the loot and XP
Good luck!

I've found a zombie, skeleton and cave spider spwaner (alll within 50 blocks of each other) and want to set something up that will make it easy to create an XP grinder.
Thanks!

how did you do the draw bridge?

Very cool! I had to dig through half a map to get to my first stronghold and then it wasn't that much.

Good job! When I am strip-mining, I look for veins of redstone and coal near each other and I'll usually find diamond within a few blocks. Gold and Diamond are more available in the lower areas so that may have been a reason that the three were so close.

I've done that on one of my maps and it's worked out well. Since I have a Nether Portal at two of the houses, I made two tracks. If there are two cars at the same place, the trigger track send the other to the opposite end so I always have a car waiting. So far I have 2 destinations and 3rd on the way with a 4th in development.
Gotta love Minecraft :biggrin.gif:

I like it. Simple but elegant design. How woud you keep the items flowing to a cesspool?

There is the attachment for testing which connects to the bottom of the 360 controller and is quite nimble to use. If they wanted to allow for the use of this attachment, it wouldn't be hard to allow the controls to be mapped there.
But since the subject of this topic is mods, I agree that there will be little, if any, support for mods to the XBLA game.

Win7 is available in both 32- and 64-bit flavors.
