I am the best choice for a guard, because, even though I haven't been on this server for long I still know the rules and regs, i will not misuse or abuse my power if i do become a guard, i will be fair as well with my decisions if i chose to jail a player. I have also played on many pvp servers so i'm also very experienced in that field. I love the atmosphere of this server and i want to help keep it at the top-notch community that it is, by myself following the rules and making sure that others do to.

Needs WAY more improvement if you wish to get guard. For starters, Guard Apps should not take less than 5 minutes and are not simply "fill in the blank." Your spelling could be better and number 7 needs A LOT more than just 1 sentence. Also, try to decorate your app. The higher rank you are the better your chance of acceptance. You are also missing a word, which tells us you did not read Guard Rules. Think of this as a job application. Would you turn this app in if you were trying to get a job? Heck no. Dark might be making a post about me pvp abusing but this is my story,
I came back from winning guard training and deathbane rewarded me with an emerald block, I went to go put it in my cell chest but first I had to go to C foyer to dispose of 12 cooked pork so ppl wouldnt get 2 much health, well Dark hit me once on my way there, then i went into non pvp so he wouldnt get 2 much pork, then he called me on pvp abuse and that im not allowed to get a kit, well I didnt get a kit and once i disposed of the pork (following the rules) I rank to my cell to put the emerald in my chest, which wasnt even in a non-pvp zone, thanks for reading, I know I shouldnt worry about it 2 much considering TONS of C newbs like to get mad at guards for "abuse"
Yes Doug is right about insta-eat, it (unfortunately) is full guard only. While I normally try to go incinerate (non-enchanted) loot, I will fight when neccessary. Some might call that abuse, Pred, but that's why you're a trainee. You're still learning. Even after a month of trainee, I still come across situations that I don't understand or was misinformed. Take care, Pred! Work hard, follow the rules, and you'll be promoted!

My friends, the twins/clones, recommended this server to me when I played at theirs. I've enjoyed playing here since day 1 so I haven't thought about trying other servers. Convicted took my prison-genre virginity.
6) What is your time zone?
I live in Sweden, the land of beautiful blondes, which is GMT+1. I think that is PST+6.
7) Why are you the best choice for guard?
I would be of great use in the mornings when there are less guards and prisoners playing. My goal would be to protect every prisoner, whether they are C-prisoners or "Frees". I would consider PVP my strong side which is a great advantage for me... as we all know, there's constantly riots in C.Alot of my pvp experience comes from Hunger games, CTF and convicted. I would not however run around and kill anything with a sword in their hands but look at the situation and do what's right at the time. I also think that we need a few more guards, specially in my timezone.
About my self, I'm a nice guy in good standing with most of the people and neutral with the rest. I work good in both teams and solo. I'm always on skype which means you can contact me anytime you need help with anything or just wanna play together.
If my application gets accepted I look forward to fight along the other guards.
8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard?
Main account is Free, alt is C. I can rank it up to free any second but it's a waste of money since I thought I'd just be a guard on this account.

dude in my opinion you're not missing anything. 1.3 pretty much sucks on the server. Ok so I'm in foyer and I randomly start getting attacked by something I can't see. So I run into C Bank. I started getting called on for abuse by darius and Wernix for running into nonpvp during fight. I couldn't see Wernix. What was I supposed to do. Viper, please, downgrade to 1.2.5, because 1.3 sucks and I can't even do my job without being called an abuser. -builder1028, veteran trainee!
You may have heard the rumors, and I'm here to say that yes, we may in fact be updating soon. Earlier, when there were no wardens on, Server chat came on and announced that the server was updating to 1.3. This didn't happen. 15 minutes late Server came back on and announced that the server was being taken down for testing with 1.3 in a minute. The server went down. At the moment there are 5 people on and when you try to connect with 1.3 it shows "You are not whitelisted for this server." So yes I believe we may be updating soon. Patience people, patience!

The hate on the guards is getting awfully annoying. Half of the prisoners don't know the jail/guard rules. I was chasing a prisoner and they went into Elite and logged. When they logged back on, I jailed for PvP logging. They then started making crap up about a PvP timer and that they were over the timer when they logged. This is complete crap and the prisoners really ought to read the rules sometime. I know this may seem minor but I've seen guards get called on for abuse and as a 1 month veteran trainee I find this really frustrating that I'm being called upon for abuse while trying to be a fair guard so I can get a promotion. Please don't in any way take this as a complaint post because I love guarding! While being called upon for abuse is rather annoying, I still have fun doing it and would be bored if I didn't have this job. There I sat, staring at the redstone-powered server. It seemed to function properly. All was good. Suddenly, a package appeared at my front door with a note. "Builder, please update the server to 1.3 I've had a lot of complaints about the slowness of the server's update so I want you to install it. -Viper." "Interesting" I thought. This will be fun.
The package contained white redstone, which I'd never before heard of or seen. Viper had left me a few notes on the installation. "First, you must shut the server down. Then, put the white redstone in the plugins department, just after the 204th repeater." Simple enough. It was installed. "Next, update the Stability isle. Add some white redstone at the front. Then add it at the end as well." It was done. "One last thing builder, in the protections department, put some green and orange redstone there. That way, Dual can't sit on it and Noakii can't eat it. Also, the Spambot Guard Version will need an update. Simply add the white redstone after the 135th redstone wire, and you're done. Run the server afterwards, but put up a whitelist so people can't log in while you're testing." Finally, I was finished.
I installed the whitelist, and started up the server. About 2 minutes later it was completely up. Finally, we could see the server in 1.3...
So you see,
There is a bit of a problem with lag issues and possibly a duplication glitch. However, I also had to downgrade the server to 120 slots so some of the horrendous lag would go away.I have sent the results to Viper himself to see what he thinks. Now we wait...
