I am no longer a part of this server, however, I still have some connections, and I have something to say. If benjaminsaunders ever gets warden, I will personally have this server crippled. He is an undeserving person of the warden position. You have my warning.

I don't know why you say this, I haven't seen ben do anything abusive. He has been Alpha for a while, so why would he not be deserving of it? He should know what to do, since he's been on the job for so long. Who would he suggest for Warden then?

Against the first note I bolded; rules apply to everybody not once in any part of the rules does it say that free don't have to abide by the glitching rule. I recall faintly the quote of "You are now free, when you leave the prison the prison rules do not affect you however the server rules still do" or something along those lines. Glitching is a server rule not a prison rule.
Against the second note I told you myself to stop glitching; it was the 4th time I'd tp'd you down from the guard spawn and I told you when I tp'd you down to stop glitching and that would be the last time I warned you.
I believe the quote is "...prison rules still apply while within the facility..." however, server rules must be followed at all times. You can (and will) be banned for breaking them in Free, Omega or otherwise.

Why do the spawns say i scam? I never sell my items unless its sellable in a shop..? Its kinda annoying going on and having people screaming and messgaing me "ur a scammer!" and "hey look! Its sausy the scammer!" if you notice... Its spelt sauSy not sauCy, im not scamming anyone.

This is why I believe we need another moderator-type rank. These spam attacks happen quite often. We need either the new Guard rank or at least a new type of jail where you can't talk. Maybe Stemp? (s = spam) Basically it's where the spammers go so they will quit spamming and will be banned by an alpha/warden when one comes online. If either of these two things could happen, I believe the server will be benefitted for the better.

Why are you the best choice for guard:I believe i would make a good guard because i can stand up for myself and allies in pvp and i am fair when it comes to trouble makers occasionally when guards arent on i take it into my own hands to protect prisoners whilst during the day i can be troublesome (come on we all love a riot ) i know i can control my actions.
I would love to help out some of the current guards due to the amount of pvp taking place (mainly my faction and allies) most of the time when i play there is around 1-2 guards on whilst the prison is dominated by free prisoners i feel sorry for them guards they dont dare show their faces when the odds arent in their favour to be honest i dont blame them it can get quite scary so if you could consider me for the role of guard i would be truly honoured *holds out pinky* and i will fufill my role as guard to the best of my abilities p.s Noakii <----- yeh here it is

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I Deserve to be unbanned because I was wrongfully banned. The main reason I was banned was for logging, but the reality of the matter is that Benjamin spammed people / wardens saying I log every single second of every single day which is not true. I dont log 1/1,000,000th of the amount times Benjamin claims I do. Another point I want to bring up is a Warden / Alpha saying "why would I take your word over Benjamins?," Benjamin is known to several people (ive heard them talking about it) as a person who abuses alot. He claimed that I log ALOT and said he can temp ban me every time Im caught, the second time he did that it was immediately over ruled bu Noakii, mor examples are as following, he temp muted me for putting "===" Infront of my sentence which is a common thing on the server, the reason why he muted me was because he hates me. He would not apply the same punishment logic on anyone else but me, infact he doesnt. So i receive special punishment from Benjamin, is that fair? So with this knowledge hearing me saying that he tries to get me in trouble and especially banned shouldn't sound to crazy. Another reason I think I should be unbanned besides the whole benjamin thing is that I play on this server religiously for hours a day, im not a spammer or advertiser, just a person who plays on the server with some friends. Im not a pest or nuisance to the Convicted community.
Additional information: Like I said, Ben hates me for no apparent reason and without him Screaming every day about me "logging" I would probably not be banned. I dont mean this in a cocky way, what it is suppose to mean is that Noakii or any warden wouldnt be studying me or watching my every last love telling my im on thin ice. So Noakii and all wardens, please consider my unbann and even if I dont get unbanned thanks for the fun times on Convicted.

These pics of you first glitching up the plot and later trying to glitch into Donor is what led to your downfall. Now, don't push it or else your alt may be banned.

Perhaps put a door to the mob Farm that only A+ ranks can use...? I'm pretty sure Guards are classified as below A rank, as we cannot use warps to B block. Then they could be let into A.
/Support. All though. I think it should be given to trusted active Fullguards. Like if they spend more than 5+ Hours and they are on almost everyday. Than. We would have at least one person with Permissions to mute/kick. Although the Elite thing is kinda pointless. Gorea has been caught in Guard Spawn several times now. I believe Gorea's been jailed and temp banned for it. Glitching is bannable, so I don't know if this proof will be a perma-ban or what since Gorea's been caught in the act before.
Name: I haven't tought of a name but it'll be something between normal-guard and alpha-guard. For now lets call it 'TheName' Function: This veteran guard will have acess to mute people upto 1 hour, kick people and send people to D-block
Possible: They have acess to A and ELITE (not out of the prison yet)
Pros:
- Spam attack can be stopped by more players (I have experienced a spam attack wich has been there for about half an hour with no1 to stop it)
- C players can be send to D-block by more people now
- More control over people who are uncontrolably ranting and/or raging (The 'TheName' can mute this player for 15 minutes as a warning)
- Gives some overview between the experienced guards and the normal guards
- Will make guarding easier cause normal guards wont have to deal with chat problems, huge rants, spam, ...
Cons:
- Can't think of a negative thing about this considering this gives more control over the server, if you know one, let me know!

These spam attacks happen way too often, and they need to be stopped. It can also help fill the time gap between Guard and Alpha as well. So now you get bit by bit of more power, also meaning more experience to know how to use that power. Alphas still retain some of their power as well, such as being able to catch X-rayers, access to Free, the power to permaban, etc.
