Also, if Mikey comes on the forums and confirms this, you will probably be promoted. At least, I wouldn't see a reason why you wouldn't be. We hesitate a bit due to most of us here on Convicted have little or no experience on DDTS. Mikey, on the other hand, is a type of player there, and is also an AlphaGuard here. He is our primary DDTS expert so he will know when people really have had this experience. Don't get us wrong, we're not saying you're lying, it's just that we've had similar claims that have turned out to be false. If you get accepted, then enjoy the guarding side of Convicted!

I don't rage very often and if it is that rare case that I do, I would never do it in public chat resulting in spamming it and I try to keep my language swear-free. I have also beaten guards with their buffs in pvp. Convited is the MAIN server I play on, most of the time it's the only server I play on and I am very active on it. There are a few guards that only occasionally guard the prison, if I were to get trainee I would be guarding 24/7. I don't really ever rage and I would never spam if I did rage. I also use Optifine which add to my FPS to make everything alot better! I think that I am going to proceed a little bit differently with the wiki. I think I am going to make the address public already even though it's still in development. The reason is because I am going to be busy for a little while, and the only times I will be able to really work on it is mainly over the weekend and if I'm lucky, maybe a few days out of the week. However, there are a few reasons why I haven't done this already.
A. People who make an account can edit the wiki, so if somebody makes a grief account, I will not know how to get a previous version of the webpage as I am new to making websites. o3o
B. The website I have gone with has a 15 minute lock on it to prevent others from editing the webpage, and there is a force lock removal on it so that it could cause problems while somebody is editing.
C. It is still under construction, so it will be a little bit messed up if just anybody tries to go to it.
However, I think that I cannot do this alone. Due to request on the server, MichaelM8 already has permission to edit the webpage. (I'm not sure how to make permissions either. o3o) However, I can still do this either of two ways: Publically post the address on the forums or mass pm those who wish to help me with the website its address. I am undecided on this matter. Also, if people are going to respond with either of these suggestions, put something directly related to the server if making a wiki about it isn't enough, please. This way I will be able to see what I should do, because as I said, it may take a while if I do it by myself. Thoughts? Should I make the address public so anybody that makes an account can edit or give out the address to those who request it, to keep the users into a manageable range? Just a heads-up, here are a few things I would like on the wiki:
1. I would like a background/history page, just a little list of notable events that occured on the server, and a date would be nice if people could remember.

I think you deserve to be accepted, as it shows that you have experience, and while I personally haven't played on that server a lot, I think you deserve a chance! In the downtime, you should probably work on ranking up. Don't get me wrong, I've seen great Guards that were accepted when they were C, heck, even one of our wardens was accepted when he was a C, but Guards promoted when they were C are picked on a lot more by the Frees than somebody who was promoted when they were, say, a B. Just a tip, but you are probably already doing this!
I'd like to join the competition with a outstanding record of instant promote to guard. That's right, veteran guard, didn't need trainee.
That's because you became a Guard before the Trainee rank was ever invented, cheater! (lol just kidding, and yes there was a time when the Trainee rank didn't exist.) I was Trainee for 1 month exactly, and the reason being is because I was on vacation for the first 2 weeks, so I was extremely (but still somewhat) active. Then that fateful 3rd week was the week I was temp-banned. (What had happened was I had gotten used to ignoring Broadcast because at that time it had almost always been "Derp has just finished Tunnel Quest!" and I had not seen the signs on the warp block as I had warped to C Foyer because that warp takes you by the workshop. It was Noakii's ant farm event, and I was wearing armor because I had not seen the warnings. That final week, I finally earned the promotion. I like it because I had been accepted July 13th and had been promoted August 13th. So I had been promoted in exactly one month, and was the first Full Convicted Guard of the new Convicted year. Anyways, that's my rant, and thank you wardens for promoting me, I love my job!

If I remember correctly, you said something that had a whole lot of swear words in it and P0T said "Bender we don't want our staff acting that way." and he demoted you. I was online at the time, and that's the way I remember it.
Has Omega been fixed? I am missing my glorious city, and I probably won't be online for very long today due to the fact that another game that I play (there's another game besides Minecraft? O_o) has just been updated with new content today so I will be playing it more.
Also, if the city wasn't fixed then I will most likely be farming enchants if I do log on. I have recently gotten into killing guards (how ironic) and will be building up my gear. I am also beginning to ally with as many powerful people as I can and hope to one day lead the charge against the Guards! (Watch your backs, I'm here in the shadows.)
If the city is fixed then I will sell what I need to and mine if one of the mines has just reset as I am trying to build enough money for somebody to donate for me. (I would prefer a Guard or trusted Free :P)

Ban appeals are for the unfairly banned... :/ while it does help your chances that you admitted to doing so, you will likely not be unbanned. I really don't see why people even invented x-ray, much less why people use it and think they can get easy with it. If you were to be unbanned just because a week has passed, then the ban would've been a week, and not permanent. Also, anyone can say that they uninstalled it, just saying.

I love the server! This is my favorite prison server, has an excellent community, and is overall the best I've played!

I think that a good way to improve the server would be to have more resources for background information about it. That's one of the things I am trying to accomplish with my wiki: If somebody is thinking about joining the server, but want to know more about it, they can visit my wiki and learn more about the server before deciding to play on it or not! However, the wiki is under construction at the moment, so it may be awhile before the wiki is ready

Indeed, I have seen players breaking server rules a lot, and most get banned, but sometimes they get away with whatever they did, but that doesn't happen often.

I would try to help out the playerbase as much as I could, like with plots, etc., and I would host events so that the Frees would have something else to do besides kill us Guards!

Really jumbo? I only used it for 3 days to catch xrayers and I served my punishment for that, a temp demote and a week ban. Other than that I havn't used Nodus other than sometimes in PVP Faction Servers
I think you should be unbanned too, Dark. First off, you have played on this server for awhile, and if that video was old, then you have already served your time. Second, both Digital and Gabe were unbanned when they had Nodus, and you outranked both of them. o_o Third, I think that it would be fair to be demoted to C if you are unbanned, as that was the case with Gabe and Digi. That's all I have to say.

I don't remember exactly what you said, what I do remember is you saying some thing with one, if not more, swear word(s) in it, P0T saying "Bender we don't want are staff acting that way," and him demoting you. You will probably have to ask him exactly what happened if you don't remember, that's just what I remember happened.
I think you deserve to be accepted, as it shows that you have experience, and while I personally haven't played on that server a lot, I think you deserve a chance! In the downtime, you should probably work on ranking up. Don't get me wrong, I've seen great Guards that were accepted when they were C, heck, even one of our wardens was accepted when he was a C, but Guards promoted when they were C are picked on a lot more by the Frees than somebody who was promoted when they were, say, a B. Just a tip, but you are probably already doing this!

That's because you became a Guard before the Trainee rank was ever invented, cheater! (lol just kidding, and yes there was a time when the Trainee rank didn't exist.) I was Trainee for 1 month exactly, and the reason being is because I was on vacation for the first 2 weeks, so I was extremely (but still somewhat) active. Then that fateful 3rd week was the week I was temp-banned. (What had happened was I had gotten used to ignoring Broadcast because at that time it had almost always been "Derp has just finished Tunnel Quest!" and I had not seen the signs on the warp block as I had warped to C Foyer because that warp takes you by the workshop. It was Noakii's ant farm event, and I was wearing armor because I had not seen the warnings. That final week, I finally earned the promotion. I like it because I had been accepted July 13th and had been promoted August 13th. So I had been promoted in exactly one month, and was the first Full Convicted Guard of the new Convicted year. Anyways, that's my rant, and thank you wardens for promoting me, I love my job!

Has Omega been fixed? I am missing my glorious city, and I probably won't be online for very long today due to the fact that another game that I play (there's another game besides Minecraft? O_o) has just been updated with new content today so I will be playing it more.
Also, if the city wasn't fixed then I will most likely be farming enchants if I do log on. I have recently gotten into killing guards (how ironic) and will be building up my gear. I am also beginning to ally with as many powerful people as I can and hope to one day lead the charge against the Guards! (Watch your backs, I'm here in the shadows.)
If the city is fixed then I will sell what I need to and mine if one of the mines has just reset as I am trying to build enough money for somebody to donate for me. (I would prefer a Guard or trusted Free :P)
Either way, I will try to at least log into the game today, and if I'm unable to, then have a great day Convicted!

Ban appeals are for the unfairly banned... :/ while it does help your chances that you admitted to doing so, you will likely not be unbanned. I really don't see why people even invented x-ray, much less why people use it and think they can get easy with it. If you were to be unbanned just because a week has passed, then the ban would've been a week, and not permanent. Also, anyone can say that they uninstalled it, just saying.

I didn't say I LOVE THE STAFF I said "I love the server and the community." Because honestly, this is the best one I've seen from...well...anything online. Besides, as I said, I made it because I was bored.

I love the server! This is my favorite prison server, has an excellent community, and is overall the best I've played!

I think that a good way to improve the server would be to have more resources for background information about it. That's one of the things I am trying to accomplish with my wiki: If somebody is thinking about joining the server, but want to know more about it, they can visit my wiki and learn more about the server before deciding to play on it or not! However, the wiki is under construction at the moment, so it may be awhile before the wiki is ready

Indeed, I have seen players breaking server rules a lot, and most get banned, but sometimes they get away with whatever they did, but that doesn't happen often.
12.If you were Warden for a day,how would you use that power?:
I would try to help out the playerbase as much as I could, like with plots, etc., and I would host events so that the Frees would have something else to do besides kill us Guards!

I think you should be unbanned too, Dark. First off, you have played on this server for awhile, and if that video was old, then you have already served your time. Second, both Digital and Gabe were unbanned when they had Nodus, and you outranked both of them. o_o Third, I think that it would be fair to be demoted to C if you are unbanned, as that was the case with Gabe and Digi. That's all I have to say.
