THE SERVER JUST UPDATED TO 1.4.4
oh but im not whitelisted and i just updated without a backup.....
Whitelist only means that the Wardens are testing the update out to mke sure everything runs smoothly. Since this is only a minor update, it shouldn't take very long.
Just some things that need to be fixed that I wrote down. yoloswag
-Alpha's cannot enter the doors to D from C-foyer. We can open them, but not walk inside. You can warp.
-Alpha's cannot use the button at guard testing
-Food shops still have slots for cookies, and a "removed for 1.3" sign.
-Trainee's can enter B.
-The A to FREE door in A block foyer is permanently closed with no way to open it.
-Secret shop in B block for Record_7 has no item frame.
-Secret shop in A block for Record_5 has no item frame.
-Secret shop in A block for Record_6 has no item frame.
-Secret shop in A block for Record_8 has no item frame.
-Secret shop in A block for GOLD_RECORD has no item frame.
-Secret shop in ELITE block for Record_11 has no item frame.
-Secret shop in ELITE block for Record_10 has no item frame.
-Secret shop in ELITE block for SPONGE has no item frame.
-Secret shop in ELITE block for GREEN_RECORD in pig farm is broken, and most likely is also missing its item frame.
-Only secret shops for records 3,5,6,7,8,9,10,and 11 seem to be findable. Some of the shops (elite smelting room, the statue of viper at old omega, and behind C bank) are gone all together.
-Aevilcow isnt a warden. This change is intentional.
-Alphas dont have perms to "enter this area" on the roof directly above C foyer.
-Command sign to replant saplings at CMD is still missing.
-Command sign at cafe to broadcast times is still missing.
-Command sign at jail to check jail time is still missing.
-Private smelting rooms in C are the safest, while the ones in B, elite, and omega can be glitched into. (C > everything?) We don't want the new players to rage quit, now do we?
-Elite end stone mine has almost as many diamonds as nether brick mine o-o. (since when was this change made? eco is already inflated, why make elite even MORE easy to get out of?..) Key word is almost. The End Stone mine was not worth mining in, as it contained Lapis Luzali, Redstone, and NetherBrick. It wasn't very good back then, however if there are that many diamonds then I agree it should be toned down.
-Buttons to manually get out of omega from the inside are missing.
-Random region outside of omega dosent let anyone enter it. (x: 250 y: 64 z: -132)
-Why is scamming aloud?
-Donor smelting rooms are all broken.
-you can sell mob loot for less profit in DONOR then in OMEGA. (donor should be raised to fit omega's profit?)
I put sarcasm in some of the answers, I hope you can tell which ones.
I'm confused. We are not allowed to flee for a few seconds to heal? When I'm low on health, I'll run a few feet away from the attacker and either use the splash pots or healing pots. By the time I use one or two, they're already back to attacking me. Of course I don't run into a no-PvP zone, or on the other side of the room, I just run a few feet. Is this allowed or not?
I dont really like this Idea
1. alot of people are nubs at tekkit and many of the features would have to be Removed as we cant really have Stuff like Guns or Jetpacks and all of that.
2. Not all Plugins Work with Tekkit meaning Many plugins would have to be removed
3. We Can not have 2 Servers it would just be confusing, E.G all banned people on one would log onto the others, Plus every account would be reset the whole Prison would need to be rebuilt.
4. Buying mines is not a good idea, E.G with all the mines we would need more alphas to stop xrayers as there would be much more.
5. we would need twice as much admins and Twice as Much donors to keep the 2nd server up, Plus all the mods could be on one Server well someone sits back and xrays on the other.
this idea would not turn out too well
we only need one server and if people want to play tekkit do it on a tekkit server

Without this being another dim-witted accusation, what if Choc, what if it was you? What then, we believe you and it was you all along?
On the topic of your unban, why appeal if, and I believe this is true, you quit a month before the alleged hacking and banning spree, again not an accusation. If you were to have quit, why not walk away right now? Quitting and being banned is pretty much the same thing, you don't play on the server and you can't play. That's like, not being able to get a phone, but if you did get it, you wouldn't use it.
I kind of want to hear the full story again, could you PM me exactly what happened and your side to Dangers pulling the attack instead of you. I don't want however, "I was at my exam and Dangers hacked me the end" I want details and I'll ask Dangers. I'm kind of tired of this argument and I'm going to try and solve it for good. (Inb4 people are like "It was _____ why carry on")

On a more serious note: I apologize about not being online as much as I could be during the week, I am already taking steps to ensure that I can be at least somewhat active every day. Of course, this won't be possible, I don't think anybody has logged in to Convicted every day since they started.
Is Jaakey's main account being unbanned? I reall don't see why he should be demoted, or even banned, if it was Dangers.
please especially make trainees invulnerable to hunger!
I am a Full Guard, so therefore I may have a bit of bias, but I think that Full Guards and Alphas should be invulnerable to hunger. It would give you a reason to work for that promotion besides just getting access to 2 new blocks. Just my opinion.
Hey Viper. I noticed that you updated the Original Post earlier today to include griefing under the Server Rules. However, I would like to point out that under the description of Free, it still says that griefing is allowed. I imagine that this will confuse new players on whether or not it actually is allowed.
If you could update that, then that would be great.

Both were shut down, however, I always really liked trying to be as good of a prisoner as possible, and trying to escape was not usually part of my routine. I have always liked the walls, and the controlled feeling. It is fun to me to progress through the ranks and be the top-dog.
6) What is your time zone? My time zone is NO DST MST Phx, AZ (Time would be around 5pm-12am most days)

I really want to be part of something larger than myself, and in the company of fellow minecraftians, it isn't really that embarrassing (compared to if I were to try to explain it to a non-gamer) with little experience on the subject. I strongly believe that influences in online gaming can change the course of a young kids life, and, as there are many on this server, I would like to help to make experiences on Convicted better. It has always been a passion of mine to be kind and gain respect of users in life and in game. It is always an adventure to play on a new server, as there are usually new characters, new communities, and new things to learn. I think that I could achieve my goals, and I sincerely hope to. Also, I am VERY good with a minecraft bow. I got a ton of practice with the archer class in HG.MCPVP.COM. Therefore, I could make more use of the upper guard areas unlike the majority of guards that stick to the ground. This could also change the gameplay style of pvp in the prison, and possibly make it more fun! My number one goal is to specifically make the prison more fun to play.

There seems to be another leak in Omega, this time in the Pumpkin Mine on the far right side of it looking from the Nether Portal house.

Qwerty is a GMT alpha too.
We definitely need a warden in this time zone (Jaakey has been inactive, now he is demoted) , but the problem is: Who could it be? B0mber and Qwerty are new Alphas, and Matt and Pecy were demoted/will be demoted. The same thing applies to Asia.
Giving Asia an Alpha is very possible though. Minepro has been guard for ages, he would make a good Alpha.

I do not think that you have been playing for a year, because I've never heard of you before. You might have started a year ago and took a long break, but that would not count as a year. If you took a long break, say that. Also, you did not answer the first part of the rank question. It asks what your rank is, and for you to have proof.
Who else remembers deathbanes' threat, back in August? I think the post got deleted, but it went something like this:
"I may not be a Warden around these parts anymore, but I still have connections. Benjaminsaunders does not deserve Warden. If he gets Warden, I will have this server crippled."
Too late did we realize that his "connection" was Dangers. He must have been the one to give Hayden/Dangers OP. I believe that this raid was planned long ago...think about it. Dangers has laid a successful 3 day siege on the server, and all possible precautions have been nullified. While death may not have issued the order to "cripple" us, Dangers probably raged and, since he had all of the necessary tools at his disposal, launched the attack against us. I have no doubt that "Captain_Mason" is Danger's alt/relative/friend that was OP'd to destroy us. So, since this attack has been planned for so long, we first need to find a way to protect ourselves.

I do not think that you have been playing for a year, because I've never heard of you before. You might have started a year ago and took a long break, but that would not count as a year.
