How long have you been playing this server?: I have been playing on this server since the 29th of october.
Have you read the Server, Prison, Guard, AlphaGuard, and Warden rules?: Yes I have read and under stand all of the required sets of rules. (Noakii)
Do you have any experience with the prison genre?: Yes I have had lots of experience with the prison genre. For example, I helped start up a small time one. I also tried killion ( Sucked), also, I have played on this one for a long time so i guess that counts.
TimeZone: I live in the U.S. Eastern TimeZone.
Why are you the best choice for Warden?: I believe I am the best choice for warden because I have had lots of experience running servers. I was a Admin on "Mined In America", "LandCraft (Now Gunbros)". I also am a very good people person. I know how to get along with people very well and know how far my limits are on helping others. I am also loved by many people on this server. ( I do have some haters). I believe i could help run this server to it's full potential. I would take my duties as a warden very seriously and hold events and courtyard fun until prisoners are satisfied. I also could help the server fix some of the flaws I have noticed. (not many). I am also a very active player and I am on almost 24/7. In conclusion, I believe i would be very beneficial to the server and I would be loved by many in it.

I agree and disagree with you. I feel that most of the staff are qualified but they do have a shaky trigger finger. A few months ago I was on a status of "ban for no reason." While I dont know what happened with Swaggahs case I know that I was banned for hacking on another account even though I wasnt. I know all the alphas will argue but here is the Reality, I have never hacked and anyone who disagrees is just being stupid. While I agree that if some one is hacking they should be banned immedietely I really think that things should change a bit. I think the staff in general should mature up a bit. I know a server like Killion has alot more people due to a better rep but also a much, much more professional and responsible staff.

In all serious, I hope you know that not all of the staff is immature as you say. Many of us are mature, there's a reason we hold our position of power be you a Trainee, Guard, Alpha or Warden. I do agree that some can be quite immature (not naming anyone, don't find me on the server and ask me,"YUTHINKIMIMMATURE???"), but most of us are. Also, in that last comment, is that supposed to mean that we aren't "responsible" and "professional"? Not everything is going to be colors and rainbows when we choose our staff, we all have our flaws and just because we do things a bit differently here doesn't mean that we're not as "responsible" or "professional", or we wouldn't have even made it through our first year, and much less be here now.
Re-posting till a Warden Responds Server Plugin Error. Alright, anyways. After having some fun and Pvping a bit in the C foyer I went on the guard rails (top one). I sat there for a couple of minutes talking to Jumbo when we decided to go play HG. Now mind you, when I logged off I had my Sharp 6 Fire 2 Kb 2 on me. So anyways, after a couple games of HG and 1 game of CTF, we go back on convicted. When I log on, I'm dead. I quickly run back to the railing to see if my stuff is there, it's gone. This was obviously a plugin glitch with the combat logging plugin. I don't know why it killed me because I hadn't been in combat for at least 5 minutes before I logged off. Please try to fix this bug. Also, I ask you kindly if I can have my items returned to me. This is all I ask.
Also, This has happened to me a few times before (Without the Sharp6 though) and to others aswell, please fix this! I don't want anyone to respond to this unless your a Warden or Alpha. I thank you for taking your time to read this. Sincerely, Full Guard LegitCreed69

I have noticed this as well, I once lost a Sharp III to it and one time randomly died when I connected/disconnected/reconnected while not in combat and in a Non-PvP zone the whole time. I hadn't been in combat for about 2 minutes beforehand. I think that it would be awesome if it could detect when/if the player dies, either you or the other person, and automatically take both of you out of combat.
I REALLY appreciate what you have said <3 I feel as though its an unfair ban as If I had ANY idea having nodus wasnt allowed even if I wasnt using it why would I put it in the video! I had no idea, the rules are "No using mods or hacks" I was not using mods or hacks! I just got free why would I throw that all away!? Please unban as it's unfair. Many people have agreed I should be unbanned as I was not using hacks! I wouldn't record every time I mined if I was hacking.. O.o I record because I have nothing to hide. Thanks again pecy and lets hope we get this ban revoked!
Umm...what's this talk of you being Free? According to the video, you were banned whilst mining in Elite as an Elite-Prisoner, so unless you recorded that previously and edited in the ban message to make it look like you were banned because of an innocent mining pattern, you were not Free.

Umm...I'm pretty sure you were on the server as a C-Prisoner about an hour ago... You said, "t/hru" about 4 times then said, "brb disabling macros" then I believe you logged off. I know that there was a "Balack" somebody on the server just recently today, and I'm also sure that the last part was Ranger. If not, sorry. Also, if you were banned over a year ago, then why would you appeal just now?
Why not just use /killall. That way they'd all be gone and would've lasted 2 seconds o3o.
That's what hex was doing, I think. Part of the problem was that the attacks were not simultaneous. Whoever was doing it was spawning them in the farms over the course of 10 minutes, or so it seemed. Just wondering, but does hex have a forum account? o3o
well i got banned im not gonna rage because i can see why and im not gonna waste my time with putting a ban appeal because they never work. i wasn't using nodus just optifine. i know whats in my Minecraft client. have fun on the server and Heres my last hack report:

Then perhaps you would like to give us the link to the mod that changed your chat to have a spam filter? I've used Optifine before and it doesn't have a chat filter on it. The only hack I know of that has a spam filter on it that works that way is Nodus. So if you only have Optifine on your .jar, then explain to us why you have a filter for repeated messages? Show us you don't have Nodus or any other forbidden mod, and perhaps you will be unbanned.

I will not abuse and will follow them at all times. I am very careful about what I do and I make sure I am absolutely doing the right thing before I do it. I make good decisions and do not take risks that could get me in trouble. Noakii
5) Any Experience with the prison genre? Not so much with prison genre but a lot with PvP. After I played on this server for 3 months, I understand fully the prison format, what the guards have to do, and what I need to do in a situation. That way, I can act quick and I will know what's going on. There is not one thing on this server I do not know about guarding. I know when to jail, kill and solve the problem in every situation.
6) What is your time zone? EST (GMT-5)
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I am the best choice for guard because I know exactly what to do in a situation. I will follow the rules and will never abuse. I don't rage and curse and I'm friendly I am good at PvP and will kill people who attack me or others. I will never give up in a running chase. I will always follow that attacking prisoner until he's dead. I am a very good minecraft sprinter. I know all the guard commands. I will jail sneaky and dishonest people and will help new players. When I'm not in school, I have a lot of free time. On a night where I have work, I maybe can play 1-2 hours. If It's weekend, then I can play like 7 hours. So I have lots of time to help guard. I also have teamspeak so I can talk with the fellow guards.
8) I am free, and I have screenshot proof.

PLEASE READ: I was demoted before for doing SQ excessively. I will switch guard perms to non donor account so I can't do it. I will say that after I was told to stop doing SQ, I did gradually cut down a little and started guarding more. I guess that all of the alphas wanted me demoted because of it.
I wouldn't have to say all of the Alphas wanted you demoted, but you are not the first to have been demoted for doing Siberian Quest too much. If anybody remembers MrLobby as a Guard (or MrLobby at all), he was demoted for doing SQ too much. It is for the same reason Alphas don't go into Free too much: we still have a job to take care of. Alphas can go anywhere, this is true. However, we must also remember our duty.
Guys, it's time. I'm going to quit. I find myself thinking that this server is not for me. I am quitting for multiple reasons. I am SO SICK of how the wardens treat me and how they treat everybody around us. I am getting relatively bored and I think thats its time. I'd like to thank my friends:

If the plot revamp is really finished, i have a complaint. I owned a 12x12 plot in cy3 floor 4 (the event floor, i bought that plot), but it hasn´t been compensated. However, there is one 12x12 plot on floor 10 that has no owner.
As there are 2 other plots without owners, I´d assume the wardens are not done yet, or they forgot me.
In this case, please give that plot to me.
I have video proof if needed.

We are not, in fact, done yet, last I checked with Viper. We still need to re-add Courtyards 2 and 3 I believe. If not, then everyone on the server who had a plot will get some form of land in the prison back, don't worry.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I Think the banner was mistaken, I was just digging straight down and i think the banner assumed i was x raying, He was incorrect thought. I like to dig to the middle of quarries and make tunnels from there so it was just a mistake ban.

If by a year, you mean about 6 months, then yes you are correct. I remember you well enough, you were a Trainee for a bit. However, you were demoted for something, either retirement or abuse, and I think it was abuse.

Unfortunately not, but in my opinion, it's more fun to experience the whole prison rather than just be taken to the rank before Free.

-The server appears to have been attacked by Ghasts.
-We're not sure how, thankfully hex was online during the attack.
-No other players with creative were online.
-Attacks were launched against the A Block Mob Farm, the Pig Farm, and the Chicken Farm.
-Attack lasted for approximately 10 minutes.
-A Ghast spawn egg was found floating in B, they are apparantly blacklisted as it could not be picked up, even by hex.
-Donor Mob Farm was left untouched.
-Suspect appears to have been given the eggs, as there are no places on the server where they are sold.
-No Ghast spawners were found on the server.
-The attack is no longer in effect.

Umm, if I remember correctly, you used the /rankup command, right? You need only to ask a Warden to reset you to Trainee, you don't have to reapply.
