Umm builders explanation for trolling you was you were making traps which aren't allowed. I only mention this because you say you were fixing the mine and the alpha says you were making traps in it seems odd to me
Well, to be fair, there's nothing you really can do about them since they're not against the rules. I scored started to mess with his trap to troll. Detail of trap is in post below. (I hate autocorrect.)

Why you deserve to be unbanned: This is 100% biased. I had reported him on the forums and I was mining for a ladder to get out. I found a few diamonds on the way and then I see a ladder. I start to climb the ladder and he bans me. I never X-Rayed. Never have. I don't have any type of Hacked Client or Mod except OptiFine. I think I should be unbanned because I don't X-Ray. He banned be because I mine weird and when I want to leave I start to mine to a wall and find a ladder. I have 0 (ZERO) hacks on. Never had hacks. Never will have hacks. SDAngel is just mad I reported him for killing me and taking my stuff. This is 100% and should not happen again.
Any additional information: 100% Biased Ban. He took my stuff, didn't give it back, and made me fall in a hole in the mines I was trying to patch up.
Some things that don't make sense:
• You think the ban is biased. In reality, I was on my way to watch you last night due to the sheer amount of WG messages I was getting about you mining diamonds. I could understand that you were using X-ray, although I always check before banning.
• SDA isn't going to ban you just for reporting him. Many people said he had aimbot, etc. etc. Did he ever ban then? Nope.
• You say you were covering up that hole. It looked extremely close to a trap. Go down three blocks of the hole, place grass on one side, covering up so it's 2x1 wide. Then you put an emerald block just so that if they mined it they would fall to their death.
• I was told that he gave you an efficiency IV axe. At least he tried to give you SOMETHING good for it.
Reason Why: I mining in the Omega Pumpkin mines then all of a sudden the blocks break under me and I die. I went back down to get my stuff and I as I am breaking the pumpkins to get my stuff, obsidian is blocking my path. I then asked for my stuff back. No reply. Asked again. No reply again. In total I lost a really good axe, some diamonds, gold, iron and emeralds that I mined, and got killed by an Alpha-Guard. I know this because I did /list and two alpha guards were on. Builder and SDAngle. Builder was helping people in chat and SDAngle wasn't even talking. I am just reporting this showing what the alpha guards will do to you sometimes.
EDIT: I also have screenshots of the obsidian placed by the AlphaGuard and hole the AlphaGuard pushed me in to kill me.
I was there when this happened, however, to understand it you need to go back a few minutes.
I was walking along guarding and looked at my chat. I noticed several WG messages from you, so since I was not doing anything much I decide to go see what you were doing. (I like to do this at times when I'm either bored or suspicious; at the time I was both.) I checked the NetherBrick Mine but did not see you. I had thought that it said you are mining diamond ores, so I checked Elite to see if you were there, which you were not. I warped back to Omega and again checked the NetherBrick Mine, but you were not there again. So I switched to faction chat and said that I was suspicious of you (due to the high amounts of WG messages I was receiving from you) but could not find you. Then I saw you at the market selling your items. SDA responded to me in the faction chat asking me where you were, and I told him that you were in Omega. We followed you and watched you go to your bank, to the Pumpkin Mine, back to your bank, and back to the mine again. You looked down a 4x4 hole, and began to construct what appeared to be a trap out of an emerald block, grass, and pumpkins. I decided to troll you by breaking the pumpkins while I was vanished. At about this time, LuckyRae123 saw you doing this and started breaking the pumpkins as well. So I PM'd Lucky saying that I was doing it in vanish and to watch. You came back, and saw that the pumpkins (and by then the grass as well) where your trap was was gone. You then went back to your bank and began to make the trap again. I then began breaking the blocks again, with SDA helping me. Then I thought that I could place some wooden planks where there was a pumpkin missing directly above the emerald block. I did that, and you looked extemely confused, then broke it. I did this about 4 times and then SDA began helping me by putting down dirt, Redstone, and then a block of obsidian. I hadn't thought of that, so I went to go buy some. (5 blocks.) When I came back, SDA was going down the ladder. Me, thinking that you had gone to mining, followed him down. Then I noticed your items on the ground, but not before SDA picked them up. He began getting rid of the cruddy items. (I think they were saplings, a few stone swords, etc.) I picked these items up. I saw you coming down the ladder, and since I knew that we had your items so they wouldn't despawn, I decided to troll some more by placing the obsidian when you tried to mine to where your items had been. (By this time, SDA had left.) I ran out, so then I let you get there. You saw your stuff was gone, and thought a Warden was trolling you. I then warped back to the foyer and began guarding again. When you did /list, I was probably serving the cafeteria by then.
Please understand that all I meant for it to be was a harmless troll, wwcam, and nothing more. I do think that you should have gotten the items you wanted back, but I did not have your valuable items, otherwise I would have given them back to you. I was told that you had an Unbreaking III Efficiency IV axe, and was also told that SDA gave you an Efficiency IV to try and make up for it. While I am not sure how he was able to kill you, I do know that he had been able to, as he told me.
Again, I am truly sorry about what happened wwcam, and I will reimburse you with 40,000 BP when I can come online next.

How long have you been playing: I have been playing for a long time, but took a huge break. I first started on the map with the huge courtyard and the Train System. (Old users will know that)
Have you read the Server, Prison and Guard rules?: Yes I have. I understand them and see them almost everyday being enfored
Any experience: I have not been a guard, but I am familiar with the Prison and permissions code as I am a developer.

Why are you the best choice for guard?:
I am a fun person to be with, know some of the guards, know the rules and how to enforce them.
I know what a guard does, like to have fun with the guards and sometimes even start a little run to keep the guards in shape , and would love to be part of the forever growing Convicted managers that keep the game fun for everyone.
I know some of the guards, hope to know more of them and will love to play with them some more if I am selected.

Actually, the amount of page room is made up of how many posts are in the page, not how long the page is. There's a limit of 20 posts per page. That's why we care about people spamming posts, double posting, etc. and not snips. We'd probably have over 9000 pages now if the forum software did this. xD

... Can I propose another way to get xp besides parkour or "quests"? I really suck at jumping puzzles and I am even worse at ladders. So I propose like a Mob Arena sort of thing to get xp, nothing drastic though. Maybe half a level of xp per Mob level. There will be maybe 4 or 5 ranks and special ranks for you level on Convicted (ex. Elites get Medics, Frees get Knights, Donors get Wizards/Potions) and you can choose which class. We can always incude small BP rewards or maybe a cost to get in. I think it would really boost the Community of Mc-Convicted and give another option to do while on the server. (There must of course be restrictions, such as not bringing in any items/armor. Sort of like an event, but the plugin will do everything.)
Actually, there is a Mob Farm in A Block and Donor Block, which are alternate ways to get experience besides doing the "quests". You can also get experience from experience bottles that you can get by trading with the villagers, by killing mobs in the Nether, or by smelting gold/iron/anything else that can be smelted in a furnace.

The fact of the matter is that you still stole it. The similarity between the situation described above and the one that you are in now is that you used X-ray and mined a diamond (stole the wallet), got caught and arrested by a police officer (banned by DaChimp), and now you are saying that you will get rid of the diamond if you are unbanned (giving back the wallet as long as they don't send you to jail). So by that logic I could go hack into OP and destroy the server and get banned, then say I will get rid of OP if I get unbanned. (Please note, Wardens, that I would never do this. :P) Your unban appeal has already been declined by DaChimp, so that's that. Plus you lied in your appeal, you should always be truthful in these kinds of situations, especially when the chance of you being able to play on the server with your main account depends on it.
Deciding that simply camping the hacker will take longer than the server could possibly have to stay online, I stop camping him and instead begin to focus on slowing the DoS attack. To do this, I claim through the server's broadcast that the server will go offline in a while for a few hours for maintenance and repair, and ask people to begin clearing out, telling them that it makes it simpler for people to begin to leave beforehand.
