I believe this to be a bug; B-Prisoners and above should not be demoted to D Block. This was impossible with the old plugin but it would seem that it is now possible with the current one.

Reason i should be unbanned: I dont want to break my friends hand, I dont want to make more unban appeals, im starting to have second thoughts on the servers guards since they wont reply to my unban appeals, i ­ing love the server and how its set up, i like many people on this server and how they help eachother out at times, i dont want to waste your time by making more of these, i am close to the breaking point, i am literally failing classes in school since i cant stop thinking about this server, do you really need more reasons?
Additional info: i am truely sorry for my language but like i said im close to snapping, also i took every precaution so my friend wouldnt get me banned so ya that is another part of information.

I guess I didn't make it clear in my earlier post, my apologies. As I said earlier, the quotes by Noakii say that your account is your responsibility and that if you're ready to let others on to your account then you're ready to be banned. I'm sorry, but I must decline your Ban Appeal. :c

About Killion vs. Convicted:

I think that it just depends on what style of prison server that you're looking for that determines which one you play on. From my experience on Killion, it is usually extemely populated (of course! :P) and therefore the global chat has a lot more messages coming and going. Also due to it's high traffic volume, the server tends to lag more than a lower-populated server would. That's not to say that everything about Killion is bad; I think it was very original of them to have two prisons and two different ranking ladders. (No I'm not trying to advertise them, I'm just saying.) From looking at their large volume of players, you can easily see that it means that the server is successful - but with that success also arises a few different problems. Lag is one of those problems as I mentioned earlier, as well as the chat sometimes being difficult to read and see messages. From looking at Convicted, I'd say that more lag would actually be bad for the server as it is now, especially because of the DDoS attack that has been occurring over the past few days. It is of my opinion that the amount of players we have now is fine, and just because another server (like Killion) has more players doesn't necessarily always mean that they're more successful than a server with, say, 50 people online at any given time. In my opinion, what determines the success of a server is the helpfulness of the staff, the kindness of the community, and the overall average amount of income the server receives to continue onwards.

Just so everyone knows, I am not attacking Killion. I am not advertising Killion. I am not making an off-topic post. This was merely my opinion, and I'm sorry if anyone was hurt and/or offended by it.

@Gorea: Personally I would not have muted you for saying that, especially not for a whole day, but he probably filed that under staff disrespect, which is (although a pretty borderline rule) found under /rules. Wardens also usually don't override Alphas' bans/mutes unless requested to do so by that Alpha, so there wasn't really much be could have done.

@pronatt: It's sad that you had to leave on my birthday. :c You will be missed though, I will make sure of it. >

I was the one that banned you, and my name was put in the ban message. About your ban, well, as Noakii put it quite some time ago, "your account is your responsibility," and, "if you're ready to let others on to your account then you are ready to be banned." How are we supposed to know if it was you or your friend that used X-ray? We don't. If we unbanned somebody because their, "friend," or their, "brother," or their, "neighbor,"...? O_o used X-ray, then pretty much all X-rayers would be unbanned at this point. I'm sorry. :c

This is also a reason why I don't really support buying second-hand accounts, you don't really ever know what servers they're banned on, etc. My suggestion to people who buy second-hand accounts anyway: ask an admin on the server that you play on to check if the account is banned if you don't have access to /seen like we do here on Convicted. If the person is unwilling to give you the account name, it would be best to just not buy it.

Probably nothing. I believe that this is also the current state of where the old Player Market used to be. I don't know why, it just seems to keep making the prison seem smaller and smaller when moving things like Donor Block, the Event Area, and the Player Market to completely new worlds and making them warp accessible only. While may have had to use warps to get to the old Player Market and Event Area, you knew that you were still inside the prison. Now that you go through a quick loading screen, you know that you're far from it. Just my opinion anyway.

I think a Warden forgot to fix the Donor Mine resets for the old-world Donor Block...

I also think that i am a good choice for guard as i know exactly what i need to do plus i am very familiar with the 5.4.3.2.1.jail as i have used it before on other servers.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Another reason to why i am the best choice for guard is because i love this server and i really want to help it but the only way i think i can help this server is by being a guard to make sure no one uses contraband items as even now while im B if i find a contraband item on the floor i will always give it to a guard if there is one on otherwise i would wait till one gets on then give it to them, i just find it really unfair when people dont listen to the rules as it just makes the server a less fun environment to go on as if people break rules then people get upset and if people get upset people start to moan and if people start to moan then people start to spam and spamming can lead up to people getting annoyed and even worse the person spamming being banned and so not only would breaking the rules ruin someone elses time playing the server but it might end up being that they wont be able to play the server again which from previous experiences suck, so i just want to make sure that everyone is having a fun and enjoyable time and to this everyone would need to follow the rules and so that is why i think i would make a good guard in the future.

I will work to the max and will do the best of my abilities to do my job if i get accepted as a Trainee. I will always be watching to see if someone is breaking the rules or using a contraband item. I always help by voting to keep the server alive and I help bring in more players. throughout my journey on convicted i have been watching the way guards do their jobs to help improve my job if i get accepted as a Trainee

Also many higher ranked people like A-free are often thought of as people who kill for the sake of it like if you think about it, do they really need the stuff? most the time the anser is no. Most the time they will say it's funny or they dont need that stuff, well have you ever thought maybe they do? how do you think they feel?

What he's basically saying is that most of the time the extremely long ones are too long for him to have the time to read. xD While it is a good thing that you took your time on your application, you also have to take into account that short and sweet can also be good at times as well. So if you could try to summarize what you said here into about 5-6 paragraphs, you probably would get more recommendations, or be accepted since they felt like taking the time to read Question 7. C prisoners do NOT do an app like this. Spend time on it. Age is not an excuse. ratchet prob spent like 40 min on his and when my hax0r made their app they spent a while. I see way too many of these apps and it is making me lose faith in humanity. Stop posting these apps.

Actually, I believe that that was MichaelM8. She gave him the account info to it, so he uses it every now and then as well.

Why i should be unbanned: I should be unbanned because first of all i dont have any idea what xray is. so im going to go on wiki and see what it is. so i looked it up on wiki and it says in a nutshell where you can see ores,chests,caves, and other things by pressing x. so a alpha/ warden might have thought that i xrayed since i had a efficency3 unbreaking 3 fortune 3 diamond pickaxe in the nether mine so i mined really fast and only found like 5 diamond ores and the fortune got it to like 16 diamonds, finally if i did have xray then shouldnt i be free or elite in like a few days? (i also pvp sometimes and get diamonds
Additonal information: I really like this server and would never cheat on minecraft. I Have been on this server for almost a month and have worked really hard to get to A. and like this server.10 /10 for this server

Okay so it was me that banned you. The Unban Appeal is actually better than most, except for one thing: you lied. I watched you X-ray to about 5 diamonds before I banned you. You seemed to know where they were, and would constantly change directions to get to the next one.
