Convicted Players,
This will be my last post for a very long time, I will check out the forums every once and a while but I don't belong here anymore. If you didn't know I was banned yesterday night for X-raying. This is the second time that I have been banned for x-ray so i'm 99% sure that I am banned forever. I was banned by Noakii and SD_Angel and I actually love them for banning me, it proves to me that your staff are well trained and can support the server. If you want to see my unbann apps they are scattered across the forums about 10 pages apart from each other. I didn't x-ray but I will accept my ban and get off the back of convicted. I had the best minecraft experience on this server and I have played on 100+ servers and at least 10 of them are prison and I can say that convicted is by far the best out there. I don't want anybody to spam the staff or rage that I was banned because Noakii and SD are simply doing their job well. I realize this post may be ignored by most people but thank you for a wonderful minecraft experience convicted, I might even pay another 20$ for another account to join again. If I do join the server again you will never know. I personally don't think the staff are willing to give me another fair chance at playing, I might even be IP banned! Luckily I have 2 routers and 2 computers so I might be able to get back on :3. Staff keep doing work and banning hackers, convicted dosen't deserve some cheating pice of crap player. PS I don't want anybody to think I have ever lied, not I didn't x-ray but there isn't anything I can do to save myself now. I also want everybody to know that Noakii and SD are very smart staff and what they say is 99.99% correct, I reviewed my actions and if I were a staff member, I would have banned myself too. Don't hate on convicted or its staff, convicted is the best server you will ever play on. If I buy another alt and rejoin then I will tell a select few players because I trust them more than anybody else on the server.
Every player on convicted helps make it special but these particular players made everything even better. -Penguii- Thank you for your support but I think I have to leave now -Waffle- I again appreciate your support and help, you made my experience on convicted even better then my first. -Fusion/Builder- You both made a big difference in the way I saw staff in convicted, you were the eye opener for me, I respect you and almost everything you do. Keep posting on the forums and giving advice to people, I trust your judgement and actions. -ladida- I never saw you ingame but you posted on the forums and supported my unban so I thank you for that.
The players below are the staff that banned me, if I hear any crap about this post causing trouble to the staff then I will remove this post immediately and personally kick your ass.
-Noakii- you are by FAR the best staff I have ever known, you do your job and make the server much more fun for everybody on it.
-SD- You do your job very well and post on the forums when in a time of need. You do an amazing job as a convicted staff.

Caught the sucker pouring lava on me in the Tree Farm while I was AFK. (Can you believe that? Who pours lava on a mod who can ban you? xD) Anyways, slapped him with a 3 day tempban. Next time will be a week.

Why you deserve to be unbanned :I honestly dont know why I got Temp banned and this isnt the first time this happened before just yesterday I went to the bathroom and when I came back I found out I got banned for a day. I didnt mind and I waited a day, now my dad called me down the stairs to help him cook dinner when I come back i found out I got banned for a week I want to know why this is happening. o-o help :c

Something I've noticed lately and would like to point out:
I've seen people "bump" their Guard Applications early, because it was on the bottom of a page or something. The Wardens will read a full page to find any Guard Applications; posting "My Guard Application is on the previous page" or, "Guard Applicarion on bottom of page a few pages ago" is basically reposting your application within the repost limit. Don't worry, if it's worth being accepted, it will be. If it's not replied to in the 3 day/10 forum page zone, repost it only after that time slot has past. (Basically, repost or even mention your Guard App every 10 forum pages or 3 days.) If it's declined as a result of that time period passing, you can repost it then. (Some advice would be to add some more to your Guard App with each repost and make it look slightly better.) That's not to say that you should start off with an ugly app to being with.
Yeah guys, arguing over the forums does not look good on us at all, and could detract potential players (think about what it makes us look like.) If you guys need to settle something, please do it through private messages. Sorry if I sound a little rude, I barely got any sleep at all last night since I slept most of yesterday. (I hurled twice yesterday, if you get what that means. I felt too bed-ridden to even get up, but I think I'm feeling a bit better now. At least now I can walk without wanting to hurl xD).
3. Why do you wish to be Full Guard? I feel that I have been Trainee for quite some time now (Approximately 3 weeks) so I should know what to do about those pesky inmates and those rioting frees! While I have already been accepted as Trainee I feel that it's time that I climbed the ladder. I have been playing on my alt recently and I feel that as a full guard I would be able to better handle these kinds of situations. B Block has been having some...issues...as well that I am unable to take care of with my current rank. I also feel that D Block could use some protection as well as I also went there on my alt (I have been everywhere but Free on my alt). If I am accepted as Full Guard, I promise not to abuse my guard kit powers, my pvp powers, and my insta-eat privilages. Your mining pattern was hardly a zig-zag when I banned you. Also, I specifically stated "Banned by: builder1028" in my ban message. O_o You were going for a lot of diamonds, so I went to see. You were mining to several of them around you. I just reviewed the video I made; you were not mining in a pattern.
