Why you deserve to be unbanned: I, ItzJustDrag deserved to be UNBANNED because 1. I was NOT USING xRay, 2. I JUST got to Free LEGIT and being accused of using xRay is stuffed. I worked my butt to get to free. I was leaving the mine to get to the ladders, I take a right turn and Im BANNED!? really!? Im so done atm.

Do you know why I put "No third chances" in the ban message? This has happened before. I banned you, ItzJustDrag, as a B-Prisoner, for the same reason. You admitted your fault and I gave you a second chance; now look where we are. You can't tell me you weren't X-raying. Both I and another Alpha were watching you in the Pumpkin Mine. If you want to hear his testimony later, please let me know. I'm tired and don't feel like explaining to you how - exactly - you were X-raying. Not to mention the fact you have also been banned on other servers lately (yes I read other forums besides Convicted's) for the same reason that you were banned in the past, and are banned now: X-ray.
Thank you builder and I have one other question. I was muted a few weeks ago and I have still not been unmuted and plus I was never given a warning that I would be muted the guard just muted me right away so I hope you can help me .

Just depends on how long you're muted for. If it's just a temp-mute, then I'm afraid I won't be able to help you there. Permamute, then possibly. No guarantees, though.

I'm just wondering how I get xp so I can enchant my stuff in the prison. I read the sign that said vote at minestatus to be able to enchant and I have voted but I still can't get xp so I can't enchant.

How you can get xp depends on your rank. C's and B's cannot (unless they use a Player Market stall as a place to smelt their items, apparently), unless someone dies and drops part of how much xp they had. As an A, you can get xp by fighting in the Mob Farm. As an Elite, you can always go back to A to use the Mob Farm, or you can do Tunnel Quest. If you're a Donor, you can use the Donor Mob Farm, or do any of the quests available to you there.
Seeing as the forum rules are the ones guards are made to read to apply, It needs to be updated as some rules are missing:
Rules missing from forums:
Spawn fisting a guard 3 times
Banking in a guard fight
PvPing for the sake of trolling
Warping = PvP logging
No Scamming ( only found in /rules )

Lots of stuff is missing in /rules and it doesn't have enough detail to be used as a reliable source ( doesn't say whether it is prison or server rule, or how long jail/mute times are meant to be ) so it needs to be heavily updated or just removed as i'm sure new Cs have no idea it even exists as a command.
This rule is kind of an unofficial rule - even though it's under /rules, not all of the Wardens agree with it being a rule. You'd probably need to wait and see on that one.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Well I was trying to get into D block, my main account is Lemojoe. TheHominaKed is a an alt. And you had a trainee, JS I think. I kept attacking over and over again, and JS is pretty bad at pvp, infact a lot of the guards are... I don't know how i'd prove my innocence though.. I have numerous kills on Lemojoe... Maybe because I joined the server with a new account and started attacking guards instantly and destroying them? Idk.

Several of the Guards online were complaining that you had aimbot/forcefield or the like, so I went and watched you. What I saw was you hitting people off to the side of you when you clicked to attack, and that is not possible without the use of illegal mods.

Answer: Although I am not particularly sure on this question, it rages above 6 months, dsicluding my 3 months on inactivity.

Answer: Yes, I have. And in the past, I had been a guard before, and I have read the new rules to be
a perfect modern guard!

Answer: I have. I have tired over 4 different prison servers. I hate the other ones, because either not enough guards and admins, horrible mines, the prison is like a maze, too laggy, or just not meeting my standards. This server has gone way over what I had expected when I first saw it on a Youtube channel looking for PvP servers. This has become one of my main fun sources I love to come to when other servers are down, not enough people, too many people, or I just get too plain tired of 'em.

Answer: I live in southern California, so I'm around PST time.

Why are you the best choice for guard? (min. 1-2 Paragraphs)
Answer: Well, here's where the long part of my post comes in.
Being a guard in the beginning seems amazing. As a brand new C, all you know is that the guards kill people and they don't need to mine or get money. But as you rank up, you realize the reality of it. Being a guard isn't all fun and games. You're following pretty strict rules and have to work hard as a Trainee to get your pay until you are promoted into a full guard, where you earn your hourly payment. I found it too hard to get swords and money as a Guard coming from early Elite. But now, when I was free, i stocked up on tons of swords and opples, although I have spent my money and a few of my swords feeling a tad raged. The Trainees too, have to spend money on things they don't have, without many things to bring them income. It feels like you're back in C again.
And that's what I've come to realize.
I got bored of being a guard last time. But the genre, rules, and plugins were different back then. I love what you can do now as a guard. Being a guard takes plenty of your time put into it. And, finally, now that they've added buffs, It make the guards a little more controllable. It's still possible to kill them, it's just not that it's an easy few-hit kill for the Free Donors and all that Fluff-'n-Stuff. Being a guard is a privalage, yet helps to the others My first few weeks on the server were very inspiring, by a Trainee named AldronAron, who is now an alpha. He was very kind to me and showed me what he could do. It's different now. And a ton more helpful. Aldron protected me, but then also would kill me if I did something wrong. I've seen a bit of ' Abuse ', as the Free Donors say, just so that they're not killed or jailed to make them look all that good. But they could be equal to a C. And I've seen that, where a B went up against Noble in Event Wars on June 2nd. I was friends with him for a few hours before we heard that EW was starting. I feel and know even more now that whoever it is, they should be treated equally.
But then again, not everyone should be treated bad.
C's are ignored mostly, Donors are noticed, and seemingly almost praised. Hey, just because they're new doesn't mean you should ignore them. They could be the next new Warden for all you know. Noone knows the future. I'm not saying that you should predict it, but You should just hope for the best for everyone... In an ethical matter on sense, meaning that if _________ wants to get a Sharp VII, it doesn't mean that you should hope they hack the console. You want to be ethical, and guards need to be ethical. It's just a simple matter of sense that some people can't seem to figure out. I was recently talking to hex, and he even said some guards were idiots, and as he called the, 'Nut Cakes'... No, it wasn't referring to me. We laughed at the fact that my IGN was Fluff_Nut. But the main point is, even some people, no matter their age, wealth, rank, or whatever, they should have some common sense. But if they don't it's fine.
Just don't go running around C foyer Spamming:
"___________ IS STUPID AND DUMB!!!!!!!!!" and whatnot.
Being a girl, or a 13-year-old, or a 'Computer freak' or whatever doesn't add up to a disaster. Nor anything horrible at all. I'm not trying to praise myself and seem like I'm caught up in pride, but It's just that I think having me as a guard will truly benefit you all in future times. I try my best to be on, but I do have a life. I can't do what I want all the time, even the guards, or the Alphas.
'Cause life ain't fair.
And that's how it is, you can't change it, can't fix it, but you can live with.
You just have to accept that fact and you can live a good life.

I am currently a C, but don't think of me like that, I've been free 2 times and just asked for C again today. I totally forgot about my old application and decided to start fresh and make a brans new one.

hey ive got an issue every time i log on and try to chat then minecraft crashes i can play and i can put in commands but not chat just wondering if i was muted or if its a big glitch.
When you try to chat, Minecraft crashes? Strange, that's new to me. If you were muted, it should just simply return a message that says something to the effect of: "You are muted" or such. It would seem to me to be more of a glitch if it just crashes when you try to chat. I would think it could be an add-on problem; try running with a clean MC version first, and if you are able to chat without crashing then, then you would know that it is caused by an add-on. I think it's caused by an add-on because I was able to chat just fine earlier today, as well as several others.
Noakii even admitted she chose me! You kicked me from the faction and proceeded to try to kill me. I got trapped in a corner with you beating me in ./v and I tried to save us both by jumping. By that time Epona was down to 3 hearts. I was at 8. I moved out of desperation to save my horse. You then killed me, I stopped fighting as soon as the horse died. I never actually swung at anyone. Just know, builder, her blood is clotting on your sword.
I cannot kill you in /v and I kicked you out of the faction for her own protection from a horse thief like yourself! She may still be here today if you hadn't stolen her from me.
