You are not the first to write "Yes Noakii" on Question 4, and nor will you be the last. Most people like to put it on Question 4 due to the fact that it asks if you have read the rules. That's roughly the same as me claiming that someone copied my app because they wrote that they were Free on Question 9 if I did as well.
Having the words "Yes" and "Noakii" in anyone's application for question 4 most certainly doesn't count as copying.
Plagiarism is defined as having 3 or more of the same words in a row. So technically, saying "Yes Noakii" on Question 4 is not considered plagiarism. Of course, this doesn't also mean that you can literally just rephrase someone else's application; you need to have some level of originality.
Hey guys im sure you have noticed that my activity on the server is well down again. I have come to a decision that I think i need to take a break from the server at the very least but more likely than not im leaving. Convicted was great fun well it lasted for me but after over a year of playing its gotten boring. I may still come back and i will drop by every once and a while to say hello. But for now goodbye everyone. Im not going to say goodbye to anyone specific i dont want to miss any of you. There are a few of you who made my time on convicted amazing and became good friends with me you know who you are. Thank you wardens for making a good prison experiance.

Most likely not until hexa returns; I'm not sure if Viper/Noakii are able to upgrade it through console as the server is hosted on hexa's computer, but I do not think so.

ive noticed that some apps are replied to often but some arent replied at all ive seen people who posted after me for guard app who have been replied by guards where ive only be replied by one free is there a reason to this?
Nope. Sometimes Guards will reply to applications with suggestions/comments on what they can improve on, if they're missing something, etc. Just because you haven't been replied to by a Guard doesn't mean that you won't be accepted, as Guards are not the ones who make the decision anyway.
Guys, almost everyone is re-posting their Guard Applications/Unban Appeals TOO SOON. The limit is either 3 days or 10 forum pages PER RE-POST. Failure to comply with this limit dramatically reduces your chances of being accepted. I realize that some of you may not have known, but now you do.
Basically, the forums will be under maintenance for 4 hours on that day, in which time the forums will be in read-only mode. You will not be able to access your forum account, nor will you be able to post during this time.
Just don't want any of you guys freaking out about how you can't post or access your forum account.
Oh ok its just i have been trying to get into guard when i played for a week and if it is denied i just don't know what to do on the server Because its just not fun anymore so yeah can someone adlest respond to it and tell me if it is or not.I just hope i get in and thanks you whoever does let me in i give a big thanks.

I'm not sure you read my entire post; you can edit your application to improve upon it and repost it. Keep trying and you may be accepted, who knows? You don't really need someone to tell you whether it is accepted of denied if it is past the 3 day/10 forum pages: That should be an assumption of denied by then.
Not replied to = denied. This is a general rule of thumb that we go by. It would be impossible (and would cause a massive amount of forum spam) if we quoted and responded to every Guard Application that we get. If it is denied, you may improve upon your application and repost it.
