Ok so i was playing on a private survival server of mine one day perfectly fine then suddenly a few days later my ip changed and now i can't connect to my server with either of them and when i re-port forward... so someone please help so i can have my server again.
i love the idea that endermen/farlanders would be a gate to somewhere. they should drop a block you can use to build a portal to the sky dimension. or maybe there can be a much more anticipated npc farlands village area where if they become named farlanders you can build a portal of their remains to go to the secret village of the farlands. and there you can find the items to go to the sky world. i'm just full of ideas! also what if the far villagers are aggressive?
i am also looking for a cheap one or at least free i have windows vista x32 and also i have a capture card (easycap 8 bucks on amazon) but it had bad quality for game systems on your computer and i haven't tested it out with Minecraft yet... :/ i also don't know very much info about my computer i can't seem to find where all the vital info is...
p.s. i hoped the easycap helped but i also know something called debut video capture 9when it asks you to buy the full version about a week later you can just select ask later)
OK good news guys, the server got Canary as a replacement to bukkit and I also got CraftBook so now there are gates, bookshelves, and many other cool modifications. Nothing that will injure the survival experience. So now we have ranks as well but it's only admin or default. Now one last thing:
I might take out warps and homes (commands) because it takes away some of the survival experience but i will let you guys decide after your first play. The server will be on tomorrow at around:
8:00 - 11:00 EST.
7:00 - 10:00 CEN.
6:00 - 9:00 PAC.
All in the morning.
And again, if you do not know something or are confused about something, please ask questions.

I would like to get more people to apply by the end of the day so sorry i forgot to tell you guys that this is ending sometime tonight whenever i decide to say the players have been picked. and before you guys get to exited I am in middle school so sometimes the server will not be on until 3-4 PM central (im in Iowa). i think maybe in deserts you eventually hallucinate and start seeing things which is why there are so many strange things like what is behind that one cacti and that you left wield and the water spring randomly there in the desert.
