I just tried to load up the last one he posted. Inferno Mines. I started to play it but there are issues with the spawning. It kept spawning me in the sky for some reason. Then after it finally spawned me at the start of the map, I chose one of the 3 teleporters to use and it keeps spawning me in the sky again. Are these maps now broken because of updates and such?

He's taking a break from them the way I understand it, since he's a part of Mindcrack now, he hasn't quit as far as I know (I watch a lot of his videos, so he would've said it I imagine if he had), so yeah, just a break, I imagine sometime this year we'll see a new Super Hostile, or next year at the latest.

well, time to buy Minecraft a third time

personally, i wish a PS3 version would've been released at the same time as the 360 edition, but whatever *shrug*

So, if someone was to say, not have been previously accepted, and not given a reason, would we be able to still re-apply? I ask because I applied ages ago, and was told a few days later I was not accepted (along with several others) but, while, at least for me, I assume it was because my application wasn't good enough, but I wasn't told otherwise, so I have no idea for sure.

I suppose, at least for me, it was because my application wasn't written well enough?
If that is the case, I'm not that good of a writer, but I suppose I can try another server, i don't see me getting into this one :/ at least you DID notify me, unlike a guy behind another server I applied for >.>

Experience on other servers:: none yet, just because I didn't think I could find any good servers, so I never looked.

Have you been banned:: Not from any site, if talking servers, as stated, I've had no SMP experience yet.

Age:: 20

Why do you want to join:: I want to join because I am looking for a mature server, with no kids, and with people I could trust. I want something like mindcrack, with more of a community and bonds of friendship between members, not one where you can be easily griefed or robbed.

How long have you played Minecraft:: regularly since beta 1.8, but I started back in beta 1.7.3.

What do you enjoy doing in Minecraft:: Building and exploring primarily, although recently I've enjoyed tinkering with redstone. I enjoy fighting mobs also.

Tell us a little bit about yourself:: Well, there's not much I can say really. I'm an average guy who enjoys playing Minecraft. I am an amateur cartoonist, and I hope to one day make youtube videos, although until I get a better PC, I don't see that happening anytime soon. I'm an avid gamer, and enjoy playing what PC games that my PC can handle, otherwise I game a lot on consoles, primarily the PS3. I also am kinda shy to an extent, so if Skype communication is used, don't expect me to be very vocal at first, although I will have no problems using text communication.

Extra things you would like us to know:: Nothing really that I can think of, except that I won't be on the server all of the time, i try to fit other things into my day too, but, I will be on at least twice a week hopefully. I hope I get accepted, but if not, no hard feelings, I can always try again another time, if my application not being really in-depth is a problem.

Hello Vex, I would first like to say that this is a really generous idea you're doing, and even if I don't end up being one of the lucky ones, I still have to respect you for the kindness. I would like to say I found out about this post by a youtube video during a search for free Minecraft gift codes, most being either spam or rip-offs, or just not working, period.
Now, the reason I was searching, I am 19, live with my grandparents, am jobless and cannot buy anything online, since I can't get money. I would normally ask my grandma to buy me a prepaid visa or something to buy the PC version, which I find really enjoyable using a cracked version, but I want online, and to somehow either directly or indirectly support Mojang for the fantastic work on the game. Anyway, as I said, I'd ask about getting a prepaid visa or something to buy the game, but we're not that financially sound Ito be able to ask for about $30 or so for the cost of the game, plus the cost of the prepaid card. I would get a job, but with no way to get there, that's out of the question.
I hope you will consider my request, and I do thank you again for the generosity toward me and everyone else who has difficulty getting a legit version of the game, as well as for reading this long post, if there's anything else you need me to clarify, just PM me since I don't regularly check the forum.

ugh...of COURSE I didn't win, when I really needed to >.> you try not being able to get legit Minecraft any way possible and a lot of people entering that already own the game, if you guys EVER make another giveaway, make sure the entrants don't have Minecraft already. and I'm with others on Hi, if the account is inactive, they shouldn't be entered, it should not be automated for the PM'ing, that should be done manually to prevent things like that, same goes for the user Pretty who is BANNED.

I've been running cracked Minecraft since Beta 1.7 because that's the only way I can play it >.>

plus, those suggesting debit cards, they come in 25 and 50$ increments, for the prepaid ones, anyway, some have monthly fees that you can put any on. the game's 27, so you have to either pay double the cost of the game, or use a Credit/Debit card that's not prepaid, or paypal.

bah, I'll never win this thing, and I am one of few who DOESN'T have Minecraft that wants to win a copy, badly >.> I should've known, but only one more day of drawings, I'm screwed...
