I love the experience of working in Minecraft servers, the good ones get a good community, but sometimes the start gaining a more toxic community I make sure this doesn't happen. Too me the life of a Minecraft server is a journey, the mods, the admins, the helpers are all people who take care of the server. I do this job without hesitation I dedicate myself too one server and stay there making sure I see it through. While most people have been working in Minecraft servers for around a year with no vouches I have a portfolio (DM me in discord too get it). I form a relationship with the community Meaning they don't look up too me they look too me as a friend. I host giveaways (usually with my own money) too make it more active not to mention I have plenty of experience in the workings of servers as I have worked for dozens of them, not too mention by extensive experience with management teams. If there is corruption in staff members your community will trust me, I will be there for them like a big brother when there are exploiters/cheaters, if someone trys too attack your server, I won't freak out I will know the exact protocol (IP ban attackers then /stop the server).
What makes you different than the other applicants:
I have 6 years of experience, I have owned multiple minecraft servers/networks some reaching over 900 members, I have also managed in multiple servers, (more info in my portfolio about this along with proof), I show dedication and I don't do this work for the "power" as some staff members put it or for the money, this is more like a fun job for me! It helps me calm down from the rest of my life so it gives me motivation too help you. I like too make servers successful and I will help do the same for you! I am active in your server and actively play along with the community, I dont fly around in the server like other admins would, not caring about the staff, or the community, I have multiple talents including basic plugin management and configuration.
Available times: I am available on discord 14+ hours a day and on your server around 4 hours a day I can dedicate myself too your server completely.
