Its mainly because of the graphics processor you have "intel hd graphics 4000" is not very good to be honest. Not much you can do about it other than optifine which you have already done.
Sky army is gay everywhere I go when I see or hear gold some fag has to come and say BUDDER! BUDDER! BUDDER! They really need to be told to shut their mouths.
You need a Heatsink or your CPU will die, and set on fire, and then burn all the other components, and then your house. (dramatic).
I meant case fans, a case fan gets cold (key word, cold) air flowing around ALL of the the hardware, a CPU fan is to help cool the CPU and only the CPU.
I was on a budget of 300 dollars, and kinda overshot it by going to 350, but I am completely new at this... well, a week new at this. I was trying to get a computer that could run minecraft, skyrim and other assorted games and still be a decent computer to upgrade as time passes.
Seriously, a bad unlocked motherboard with a unlocked CPU, no cooler, a card with a reference blower cooler, a power supply that's way overkill for a single card but can't CF/SLI and a wifi card on a gaming build?
You obviously don't know anything about building computers.
Cpu: i7 3770k $319
Motherboard: Asus p8z77-lk $124 sli and crossfire compatible
Graphics card: Evga gtx 660sc or Radeon 7850 $220
Power supply: Corsair cx600 $70
Ram: 8gb corsair vengence $52
Wifi card: Asus pcie-n15 $26
Case: Nzxt Phantom 410 $99 (there are many color choices)
HDD: western digital caviar blue 500gb $67$
Well first of all its a core2duo a old processor then only 2gb of ram and an old ati graphics card so it will not be the best for minecraft as it is cpu and ram intensive which you don't have much of. (sorry if this sounded offensive its only the truth)
