The Caste system:
(shas)Fire caste: soldiers
(Fio) Earth caste: builders, architects, artisans, farmers
(Kor) Air caste: Tau airforce, navy (space ships)
(Por) water caste: merchants and diplomats
(Aun)etheral caste: leadership and government (cannot apply for)

saal= in training
la: average
Ui: has small command (like squad leader or a foreman)
Vre: middle class officer (or diplomat, or manager)
El: upper class
O': highest rank possible
the vast majority of you will be La's so don't complain about ranks we will be all equal when we reach the greater good.
