I'm trying to use applied energistics to automatically provide swords for an extra utilities peaceful table. I have determined that you can use an me interface as the chest for the table, but as soon as the sword gets damaged, it gets replaced. Is it currently possible to configure the me interface to be fuzzy and accept any damage level on the sword? If not, can you add a fuzzy interface for this purpose? Thank you.
[EDIT] Just read about your announcement, maybe get this into ae2?
How does the temperature system work with the smeltery? I'm trying to melt down my stone parts that I used to make casts and once it's bar reaches the top, nothing happens and it just sits in the smeltery. What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix it?
Pretty sure my default id ranges clashes with metallurgy's defaults, at least that's what I've heard. You should go and check your configs, and stick all my items in a range that's free. (Remember the ids are shifted by 256 ingame vs the config). (Item ID conflicts do not crash the game).
That is the biggest glitch in forge at the moment, item id conflicts are just a game breaking as block id conflicts, yet it doesn't crash and let you know until you look something up in nei. Someone, please make item id conflicts crash like block id conflicts
I crashed while trying to use transfer nodes to move cobblestone from a creative strongbox (TE) to a me chest (AE), a larger barrel (Fa), a diamond chest (Iron Chests), and a resonant strongbox (TE) (I was comparing sizes). After I put in 64 stacks upgrades (probably not necessary), I tried to put in a stack of speed upgrades and I got a NPE:
Will the peaceful table work with any item (tinker's construct swords) or just vanilla swords? I really like the upgrade system of TC and their unbreakability.
perhaps Gregtech integration? Some of the recipes will probably not be very happy with gregtech plus the fact that some tweaks like the ruby energy crystal are already in gregtech.
I remember complaining a while back about tile entities and world edit, I'm back this time with vanilla hoppers, I just copied an anti-burnout circuit that uses hoppers as a solid signal for the comparators and due to the problem, I now have to fill all 60 hoppers manually. It's a pain, especially when circuits get as big as whole cpus.
Sorry for not being active, I actually forgot about this until a received an email about the channel So I decided to start doing some more redstone instead of playing in my modded world. I'm currently experimenting with anti burnout circuits which use comparators in place of redstone torches wherever possible.
I'm currently using a smeltery as my main ore-doubler-machine and I just ran into a problem where I can't smelt silver or lead. Do you know how well you can add some compatibility with these ores. Thank you.
the guides mention steel and that it's recipe is unknown, does that mean that its recipe isn't implemented, or is just secret? I've been looking threw the source code ( ) and I couldn't find any recipe for it.
I was playing with the liquid experience enchanter and it's refusing to enchant my thaumcraft axe of the stream with a level 1 medalion that I got accedentally and is preventing me from getting a level 30 medalion. If the problem is the thaumcraft axe of the stream, then please fix it because I would like a repair enchant on my book, if the problem is the level 1 medalion, can you please add/tell me how to drain the medalion.
[EDIT] nvm, my bookscases were too close to the enchanter, I couldn't tell by the pic that it's 7x7 instead of 5x5

My smeltery is 2 high, has no liquid and only has a stone tool rod in it. I don't think space is an issue.

I think that direwolf playing with it makes it pretty convincing that it's ready, just buggy.
