Application: IGN(in game name): bondenn Age: 19 Planet: Earth Have you ever been banned?: No. What are you looking for in a Minecraft SMP server?: A good and friendly community that helps eachother out. What are you hoping to avoid?: Hackers & Griefers Why do you want to join this server?: I've been away for quite some time and i'm looking for a new start on a new server with all the new features of the new updates, and this one happened to catch my eye.
Tell us something about yourself (the more you tell us,chances of been accepted increase): Well, not much to say, i'm a 19 year old male living in Sweden, just about to finish off my studies! Do you know whats Team speak?: Yes, and i may drop by!
Whilst using fullscreen (F11) mode and opening furnaces the mouse isn't centered on the screen, but instead centered on the bottom left corner if the screen was to be divided into four equally shaped rectangles.
Settings;
Fullscreen = "default"
I've got a 1680x1050 screen, using 64 bit java and windows 7 professional, in case it helps.
(someone else please test it and see if you're getting the same thing).
EDIT; I should note that i've also tried setting the "Fullscreen" option to 1680x1050 manually aswell, still didn't work.
Nevermind, was so in default too, i'd love if you could fix it though.^^
IMO you should be able to turn it on/off, if they wouldn't they'd get SO much hatred since a broad part of the minecraft community actually prefers to build over adventure.
My minecraft is heavily modded with all sorts of mods, including those which change the mining speed of blocks. However, here comes the bad part; when i play SMP and mine these blocks (at the rate of which the mod has set) the server says, UH-NUH YOU DIDN'T and then restores the block instantly after mining causing a very annoying lag.
I then figured if there was a way to have an unmodded version of minecraft (or a minecraft using mods that doesn't alter mining speeds) only for SMP and one for SSP without having to change the files and folders around every time i want to start it.
PS; If this is in the wrong section please move it, i couldn't find an appropriate one.
The problem is that this is a conglomerate of lawyers using their interpretation of the legal system in order to try and force Mojang to change their name. This is NOT a group of game designers with a sense of humour.
I know we all would love to see a copyright protection suit decided over a game of Quake. However, I doubt Bethesda's lawyers will actua;;y see the humour in this "proposal" and instead double their efforts to show they mean business.
The best thing anyone on the forums can do is be vocal with Bethesda Softworks (NOT BETHESDA GAME STUDIOS). One thing no company, especially a game company (unless your Blizzard or EA) wants is a giant PR craphole right before a big game release which could cause them money. SHow your displeasure to the company.
THIS, definitely. Pretty much summed up my thoughts about it all, and it was a bad moment for to try to be humorus.
PS; I would definitely watch the Quake game though :smile.gif:
OT; I personally wouldn't join a hamachi server but i can see why some people would use it (they don't have the knowledge or permission to forward router ports).
Honestly i wouldn't mind if the NPC's were humans, infact i'd definitely choose that over pigmen.
If you've played using the millenaire NPC village mod you'd know that id adds a purpose to the game (sort of like quests) where you need to gather different materials in order to help the village. I think this is what Notch wants to achieve with the adventure update and the villages in particular. :smile.gif:

There are 3 cave spider spawners, one skeleton and a zombie one. :smile.gif:
The whole place is surrounded by an abandoned mineshaft but i removed the wood for the sake of the pictures.

I'd say this would be your best bet unless you emptied it right after you deleted the files.
