Just run that, wait until the console says done, close the server. it should have created a few files, one being admins, open it and add your name. you can also open server.properties with notepad and edit some of that stuff if you wish, but it is not entirely needed. Though you should add your ip to that file. Again, its the 192.168.X.X part.
Where are the created files at? I did a search and didn't find anything. Server.properties file? I found something that say this.
