I would suggest checking out Nagura. It's a great PvP server, griefing people structures is allowed, and there are pretty much no rules.

Just go easy on the terrain destruction and forest fires.



One flaw I would like to point out though: Level 12 isn't deep enough. You need to be AT BEDROCK. Deep enough that some of your floor is made of bedrock. That is the only sure-fire way to keep your place protected from people traveling overhead.


Also, something you should do with underwater bases is find a tundra biome, go underneath the ice, and but your entrance there. People are much less likely to look down there than they are to look on an exposed sea floor.
