posted a message on Traincraft 4.2.1.

As mentioned before, it is not out of laziness, computer programming is not by any means an easy thing to do, causing many modders to run out of time and motivation. I love the mod too but modders are taken for granted because they are humans too and they have lives and jobs and school and sometimes other people to take care of.

posted a message on Back 2 Beta, a continuation of old Minecraft

I like it I'd definitely play with it a bit.

Classics are always the best, and very original.

    Thank you!

posted a message on I need a newb small mod idea, original and not whacko.

I made a request on the forum where you can set mobs or especially zombies on fire for a very short period of time with a vanilla minecraft torch by right clicking. There's no need for a new torch item either.

It's just adding to the code of the original torch.

I got this inspiration for it from Red Dead Undead Nightmare- Don't know if you've heard of it or played it or not.

Here's a full link to my request that I just made:

I think that It'd be awesome to have Skyrim races too, like the Nords, or the Redguards, etc.

posted a message on Zombie Torcher Mod [REQUEST] for 1.7 AND 1.8

Those of you who have played the game "Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare", should know about this game mechanic fairly well. In the game, the main character has a torch equipped, and has the ability to set the zombies on fire with it.

I would like a mod that can set zombies and other mobs on fire with the vanilla minecraft torch by right clicking them with it. If it is not too hard to code, I would also like a swinging style animation as if it were a sword.

DISCLAIMER:I would like credit for the idea and that is it. I cannot code and I have no money to give, so this will have to be a free mod

    Thank you!

Here's the MC+ mods forum link for all of the mods that he, andykuo1 has:

    http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/mod-packs/1289173-mc-mods-satchels-turtles-quivers-and-more

They used to have dark roleplay for 1.7.10, but I guess they took it down. 1.8 ruined it for everybody. The 1.7.10 was still a WIP though.

It might be the rails of war mod because it takes a lot. Do you have optifine and fast craft? If so and the problem still happens we might have to do with out it.

posted a message on [Request] 19-century mods

Thank you! This was very useful.

Here are some more that I like to use:

    1. MC+ mods by Andykuo1- He has a whole list to pick from on his thread like horse carts mod, satchel mod, loom mod, and much more
    2. Fancy Pack by Grim3212- This mod has been around since 2010 and was abandoned for quite a bit until grim picked it back up. It comes with lots of decorations with old time textures on them that helps to bring that feel to it. It adds tables, chairs, pottery, and more.
    3. Rails of War mod by Naiten-This is an industrial mod that adds in a few trains from the 1830's to the 1890's but is a little hard to use at first.
    4. Growthcraft Community Edition by Alatyami- This was originally by Gwafu but has not been updated since July 2014. Alatyami picked it up and it is back on track now. It adds in many old fashioned food making and growing techniques like a fruit press and fermentation barrel for wine and beer making which looks really good in an old tavern or saloon. It also has fishing cages that can gather cool things when placed in the water for long enough.
    5. Jammy Furniture Reborn mod by (Unknown)- This was a furniture mod that was abandoned by Jammy since Minecraft version 1.6.2 for undisclosed reasons and had a lot of furniture some modern, and some old like a wardrobe or a grandfather clock which is really old.It got picked up again for 1.7.10 and 1.8.
    6. AppleMilkTea2 by defeatedcrow-This is another food making mod but it has many old fashioned things like wine barrels storage crates.
    7. Dark Roleplay Mod by JTK222- This mod adds in more aesthetic medieval blocks such as rope bridges, old kettles and cauldrons, and barrels.

Hope this was useful too! :D

I have the same style as you as I really like mods that bring on the feel of the Wild West. Here is a list of some of the mods that I like to use the most and recommend you take a look at.

    1. Decocraft Mod by Razzleberry Fox- This mod is purely aesthetic and most blocks have little to no functionality at all, but that is the main point of the mod itself, just aesthetics. Some of the blocks are modern like the alarm clock or the radiator, but most are 19th century style blocks such as the spinning wheel or a horse cart( The cart can't move though). (1.7.10)
    2. YeGamolChattels mod by Ivorius- This mod is a medieval style mod, but the blocks pull off the 1800's really well too. It is also aesthetic and the blocks have more functionality than that of the Decocraft mod's do, if that's what you are looking for, but it doesn't have as many blocks or items as the decocraft mod does. It has, though things such as a wardrobe that actually opens and allows you to place your armor in it, and also has a cool weapon rack to show of your coolest or most prized weapons and has a grindstone that repair your damaged tools or swords. (1.7.10)
    3. Bibliocraft by Nuchaz- This mod is about books but it has an old style printing press and bookshelves and tool racks that can make your log cabin look much better. (1.7.10/1.8)
    4. Witchery mod by Emoniph- This mod's main focus is witchcraft but it has and old timey oven and spinning wheel, much like decocraft mod and also has a lot of functionality like the yegamolchattels mod. It also comes with a coffin that you can sleep in.(1.7.10)
    5. Balkon's Weapons Mod by BalkondeurAlpha- This mod adds in many weapons from the 1500's to the 1800's like a flintlock pistol, cannon, musket, and a blunderbuss. It is great for the 19th century style that you want. This mod contains more melee weapons like halberds and daggers and has a training dummy too. (1.7.10)
    6. Flintlock Weapns Mod by WillDaBeast509- This mod is a lot like the Weapons mod listed above this one here, as it has a cannon but it has a unique reloading system in survival mod and it contains more ranged weapons instead of melee weapons like a revolver, makeshift pistol, and a buffalo rifle. In survival mod, you can also make them more powerful and special by crafting them with more special gems like gold and emeralds. The thread of it contains more info on that, though. (1.7.2/1.7.10)
    7. Malisis Doors Mod by Ordinastie- This mod adds in many old days doors from the 19th century and also has saloon doors, which really adds to the Old Western Feel of the mod. (1.7.10/1.8)
    8. Decorative Marble and Decorative Chimneys Mod by Starsetter- This mod can be used in many time periods, but it can really be well applied to your 1800's log cabin. (1.7.10)

Hopefully you'll love these mods and found this small post useful to what you want.

Let me know if you want to know about more 19th century style mods. These are all for forge mods BTW.

PS: What version do you play on Minecraft and what mode do you play, Survival, Adventure, or Creative? I listed the mods' latest versions for more helpful reference.s ;)
