Im guessing you are using linux as the os and the issue seems to be something with the java version that is installed with your distro. Are your running Debian 6/7
Im guessing you are using open jdk but what version
No what you do is follow the directions for getting the files then you upload them to your host. That process will depend on who your hosting company is.
The reason you get he error is that although generating the world failed there is a world folder with the name you want already in your servers folder.
There may also be a configuration file for the world with multiverse that also is causing the conflict.
Try doing the manual method outlined on there website
Make sure that the connection info is correct this one is puzzling. I remember having a similar problem let me check my notes.
Yes you can use the internal ip to connect to the server running on another machine in the same network. Make sure it has not changed from what you had before.
With the external IP make sure it is port forwarded with tis the internal ip should be static
Hosts have the ability to customize multicraft I'm guessing you mean that you have the option to upload a world with your hosts setup if so it seems like that would be the option. I would consider asking the host for support regarding there system. I may be of more help if you tell me what company hosts your server
When you connect tot eh server are you on the same computer as the server?
Make sure you have the correct ipv4 address for the correct adapter from ipconfig
Make sure the servers computer doesn't have a firewall that is blocking you from connecting.
If you are trying to let others join make sure the port forwarding is correct and pointed toe the correct machine.
If you are trying to use the external ip make sure the server can be seen http://www.canyouseeme.org/ (test it with the server running)
If you are not using 25565 as the port that you tell it what port you are using ip <address>:<port>
You should not need hamachi I hosed a home server off of time warner for years without hamachi Hamachi is only needed if there is a firewall blocking it such as your ISP or if its behind a router you cannot control
More than likely you have a static ip from your ISP most don't do dynamic anymore as its just easier and dynamics are from Dialup and DSL which if you have DSL and not Broadband you may still get a dynamic ip assignment.
Well whatever map you are using the folder should contain a level.dat That is the folder you need to upload to your server. To make things easy rename it to "world" (without the quotes) and place that in the same folder your server.properties file is. This is the root directory of the server. Alternatively you can change the world name option in the server.properties to match the world name if you want to be able to swap worlds easy without loosing data.

That second one you posted was because you had the server already running in the background. Open up task manager and kill java.exe

could not reserve enough space usually means that you are trying to reserve too much ram from the start options
To downgrade java versions just get the latest java 7 se from oracle
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-archive-downloads-javase7-521261.html#jre-7u76-oth-JPR
Download the correct version for your OS
and uninstall your current java version

Could we get a mod list while we wait for a crash report?
The logs you posted don't really have any information and seem like server logs not crash reports
Also how is the server setup just a forge server or other server config?

Its a long shot but flush your dns
ipconfig /flushdns
And renew your ip lease
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

What tells you "Failure! Please check your inputs."
Make sure the ip address of the computer hosting the server has a static ip set in your router so that it cant change.
Make sure the forwarding rule has the correct ip of the computer.
Make sure the server.properties is configured with the right port and leave the server-ip option blank.
Check with the server running on http://www.canyouseeme.org/ if it can see to the mc server
