I would be curious as to how many blocks you've mined.... can you perhaps provide us a screenshot of your stats, or even just tell us the number as of this time?

Anyways, Swervish, truly inspiring work you're doing there. I'm a 28 year old nursing student, and you've been a joy to follow. I don't quite have the level of patience that you do; however, I find myself starting to use some of your techniques in my own builds. You've helped me rediscover the game, and find some joy during my rare free time.
I would second the idea of posting a poll, if you're truly interested in community feedback. However, I share your worries that it might not be practical. Granted, I don't know how the polls work on these sites, but I see it being easily missed, as people (meaning, those who don't check on you every third day) will just quickly jump to the last page to track your progress.
Lastly, I don't quite understand your determination to farm 'old-school.' Granted, I don't have your patience...however, it would be fairly similar in principle to the tree-chopping mod. ...not a challenge, just a difference of opinion. My wheat and tree farms in survival mode, using your mod packages, span 100x100, and let me get back to work quickly.
