Hi all, I'm searching for a crew to make a server with. It will be a football (soccer) server, so you hopefully know something about the sport and/or watch it. Java developers needed but also people who know how to lead a community and/or know about the sport of football (soccer).
I've already owned a football server but it fell to ruins after 6 years and I'm looking for competent people.
Preferably from Europe but it doesn't matter what nationality you are.

How would you handle a grief: I would ask for the backup (if not already have the console), ban the griefer as soon as possible, excuse to the community.[/b]
How would you deal with Racism: I would mute the player on 1 hour, or depends by the rules.[/b]
How would you deal with Foul Language: Would mute the player (time depends on the offence).[/b]
How would you rate your maturity: Can be mature in best moments, but can crack sometimes, not a good thing.[/b]
Would you be okay with a voice interview: Depends where I am located.[/b]
