    Does anyone else have the problem how the Hyper coal wont work in furnaces? I can't remember what version i downloaded, so it may have been fixed.

    Edit: Sorry, should have read the previous page, i gave up after page six :P But awesome mod, may do a spotlight :D

    PLEASE HELP!! I can not get my mod loader to work. i have read the thread and watched videos and tried heaps of stuff and it still wont work! i could install mods fine before 1.0, but now i have narrowed the problem down to modloader. i always get the error

    *Please keep in mind that i only read the op and none of the reply's*

    I know that you are going of the actual properties of Obsidian, but in minecraft, obsidian is an incredibly hard stone type material. I agree that it is a common material, especially if you have been to the nether, but you need diamond to be able to mine it AND collect it. And i dont think that you should be able to make tools out of raw obsidian, but have to smelt it first. But other things like stairs, doors or pressure plates should be made out of raw obsidian.

    I had an idea for a new biome. A forest biome containing some grey trees (some with leaves and some without if possible) and could be home to a Chimera mob. You also need some more aggressive mobs.
